BCBG

Now, I give the Beverly Hills BCBG on Rodeo a resounding 5 stars (they’re actually 4.5ish based on slightly snooty sales people) but this branch, oh DEAR Lord! Lucky they are getting 2 stars!
I can’t stand this branch… great and easy parking but that’s about it. I had gone to the Hollywood and Highland branch and they called the Sunset branch to hold a dress for me. I drove across town to pick it up and was kept waiting 25 minutes because they were short staffed. When a young lady FINALLY checked on the dress she said, «Oh, we don’t even carry that one here.» I was so annoyed because they had CONFIRMED they had had it… why else would I drive my ass over there?
So, after calming down and resigning to the fact that my dress search would have to start over… I began looking at the dresses they DID have. The downstairs area is a virtual cluster-​fuck of clothing strewn all about; the storage door was open with boxes all over the place and dresses waiting to go back on the rack. I couldn’t get a sales person to help me for the life of me. I asked REPEATEDLY for assistance on sizes and whatnot and was kept waiting… again and again. Finally I just upped and walked out without so much as being noticed or apologized too.
Way too much of a hassle of a store and way the people are way to annoying and unhelpful. You’re better off going to Rodeo, H & H, or Westside Pavilion for that matter…
