Called BWL&K and left message and got a call back immediately, needed to have some locks replaced when I moved into a new home, Ronnie came out, he was great, professional, fast and quite knowledgeable, highly recommend!

Ronnie is awesome. Showed up within an hour of my phone call, did a great job installing my deadbolt, and cleaned up after himself. Polite and reasonable.

Really great work. Another locksmith said he had to drill through my door knob but Ronnie got it open with his simple lock pick kit in seriously less than a minute. Don’t bother calling anyone else this is your guy

I called to have all the locks at work changed. I explained that it was necessary to have this done as quickly as possible. Less than an hour later, Roni showed up. He was very professional and his prices were extremely fair. In a time when it always seems difficult to find fair and honest people to do business with, it’s nice to find a company like this.

Living in a condo, I can’t really have a hide a key anywhere and I left my condo house key at work! UGHHH. Anyway, I found these guys on Unilocal and after reading the «about this business» I decided to give them a call. Ronnie was so great. At my doorstep in about 20 minutes (which in LA traffic is VERY fast and I was SUPER impressed!) :) He was super efficient, fast and very reasonable. He even made me a spare (which I now keep in a separate compartment in my purse!) so this wouldn’t happen again. :)

I don’t usually write reviews but in this case, I had to. I couldn’t start my Grand Cherokee and called around looking for a lock smith that specializes in vehicles. I was calling around to maybe 8 different lock smith numbers. They all asked me endless questions before telling me they can’t do the job. I was probably on the phone close to 90 minutes before someone recommended Beverly Westside Lock and Key. As soon as I told the owner what the problem was, he knew what needed to be done. He didn’t ask me stupid or unnecessary questions. He said he will meet in 30 minutes and was there in 22 minutes. Instead of replacing the part, he was able to fix it and therefore, save me hundreds of dollars. I programmed his number on my phone so I can have it for future need or if anyone I know needs professional, knowledgable and honest lock smith.

Called Beverly Westside late Sunday afternoon. Needed a locksmith right away, just received a call from familiy member that my x-​husband was on his way back into town. I had a restraining order but didn’t feel safe. I called several Locksmith companies, either leaving messages, with no return calls or getting ridiculous quotes and they didn’t want to do the job on Sunday they wanted to push it till Monday or Tuesday. Obviously they didn’t know my concern. When I reached Beverly Westside, I spoke with the owner who was very sympathic to my needs and said he would send out someone right away. When the Locksmith arrived he had several doors and windows that need to be addressed. He was very professional, knew exaclty what I needed and took charge, even changed the code on my garage door opener. That night I knew I could sleep and my childern were safe. I would recommend Beverly Westside to anyone who needs a locksmith (day or night).
