A superlative experience in every aspect, the Dubroom’s greatest asset is its owner-​operator Paul. Expert in his field and effortless to work with, Paul was able to please my client, make my talent comfortable, and enable me to deliver the project on time, on budget, and on target.
His rates are more than fair, they are miraculous — especially given the high quality of his equipment, his dexterity using it, and the studio’s location: the Sunset Strip.
Paul and his studio are gems. If you are looking for a place for voice-​over and don’t want to pay insanely high rates to cover the overhead of a unnecessarily large, over-​staffed studio, Paul is your man and The Dubroom is your studio.

Paul Hollman was responsive, knowledgeable and produced exactly what we needed. I asked for a speed edit of a song. He was the only music editor that called me back within 24 hours and sent over a demo within 2 days. I would recommend and definitely use him again. Thanks Paul!

I have worked with Paul at the Dubroom a number of times over the years. He has contributed his audio post expertise to a feature film, several corporate productions, and numerous voice over projects that I have worked on as a post supervisor as well as a producer. In each of these projects, Paul was able to deftly deal with technical challenges (our corrupt OMFs!) while maintaining a great sense of perspective and sense of humor. I will also add that Paul saved our heinies once when an uncleared cue showed up in our project just a short time before delivery. He was able to dip into his little library of self-​composed tracks to replace it and get us over the hump. And it sounded better!

I record my voice over sessions here. Very convenient, easy working with Paul, great technologies and booth. Plenty of breathing room in the booth, you don’t feel confined at all.
Paul is also kind enough to send you emails of what you recorded and also burn them to a cd.
I love working here.
