I paid these thieves $ 375 to be in the Venice Beach Summer Fest. They cancelled the event and promised the vendors a refund. That was 4 months ago. I have called and email so many times that I have lost count. To this day they have not replied to one of my calls or emails. I am now taking them to small claims and will be contacting the BBB.
I RECOMMEND TO NOT USE THEM!

Huge Scam! The second I realized that the contract was breached because of the change of LOCATION and TIME which is a huge factor in attending events, I called them up to get a full refund. They told me to send in a form to request a refund. The form went through and they told me to wait up to 3 months to get the refund of 775 dollars back. To this day I still have not gotten the refund back. Last I called them they told me to wait till late November. The FX 3 company are HORRIBLE people. Every time I call, it is the same women with HORRIBLE attitude answering the phone. I have called at least a dozen times now and will be calling today again. I made a Unilocal account just to rate this because I have not dealt with such an unprofessional and disrespectful company in my life!

A scam!

This company is a scam! I signed a contract with them at the beginning of the year for the Summer Fest at Venice Beach 7÷25−26 and I called last week to get info because I hadn’t heard back from them. I was told that the event moved to the end of August to Palmdale!
I suspected something was up so I called the city of Venice Beach and was told that FX3Events never had permission to host this event in there city. So in other words, they used this location to attract vendors and lock them in for the Palmdale event. THAT’S FRAUD!!!
Does anyone know if this company is a Corporation, Fictitious Business or Sol Proprietor? I’m planning of taking them to court and need any info you can provide. TIA!

This is the first show I’ve ever been to where I was straight out lied to by the promoter. I was told the show was in a high end mall with tons of foot traffic located in a ritzy part of town. The show was in the smallest mall I’ve ever been to, located in the middle of a retirement community, with minimal foot traffic. I was told we would have a 10×10 space, and that there would be entertainment to help promote the vendors. The space was 8×6, our entertainment was 2 high school kids playing music that we couldn’t even hear. One vendor saw the size of their booth and left. Most of the vendors left early on Saturday and a some didn’t even bother to come back on Sunday.
I was initially excited to do this venue but after talking to them on the phone weeks before the show I started to get nervous at how unorganized and unprofessional they were. When the time came to setup my fears were confirmed when I saw how small the mall was and the big department stores were JC Penny’s, Sears, and a small Macy’s. The promoters were rarely around to help, and when I discussed the issues with the organizer, he put up an attitude and walked away before our discussion was finished.
For the price of the show, it’s expected to pull in a large amount of traffic. What we got was ridiculous. None of the vendors were happy, we all felt ripped off. To top it off, we had to deal with a rude and unorganized promoter.
Fx3 knows what you want to hear and makes it sound like a great event, when they have no idea how to put a show together. Save your money and your patience and NEVER go through FX3 events!
