Scott helped me change my life, when I didn’t know how. Okay… so I was a full-​time, hard working mom who was over worked and… admittedly out of shape. When my youngest graduated from high school I was a soon to be 50 year old… and I felt chunky, old, and out dated. After dealing with some difficulties with my eldest child I decided to step it up a notch… okay…more than a notch. I had been making gradual changes for 3 years, but I was doing it on my own and had plateaued. Scott gave me the boost I needed. He helped me to look at my nutrition. .okay I was eating too much… but who knew, and he showed me how to work out smart… and not to hurt myself. With that new can do attitude, I have continued improving in the area of fitness and nutrition. I am so glad that I made the decision to work with scott. I would do it again. We had a lot of fun. He helped me to see the light, when I could only see hoplessness.

Scott a great trainer! If I was tired or in a bad mood when I got to the gym, I’d always leave in a great mood! He makes workouts fun. Also he is very knowledgeable about nutrition. He really kick started my personal fitness goals with his great ideas and suggestions and now I’m actually at my goal weight!

Scott is passionate about training. He knows firsthand how fitness improves all aspects of your life. He is personable and makes working out something I look forward to. His knowledge of exercise physiology is impressive, and it has helped me understand why I work out. Scott is a great trainer, been working out with him for a few months and really happy with the results. Pretty flexible with schedules and frequency depending on my needs and goals.
Besides the training, he’s great at nutritional advice and making sure that side is covered.
