I knew Marcy had a good grasp of the west side so I was happy to call upon her to help me find a house. I found she also has quite a grasp on the buying process, saving me a lot of frustration and tens of thousands of dollars off the purchase price. Her support was unfailing, as in one example as an active and essential guide during the inspection process, she helped me sort out scores of repair estimates and inspection reports, instigating second opinions and helping me negotiate repairs based on long-term construction plans.
