I don’t usually leave feedback but I feel it is a must!!! This place is amazing and the service is fantastic! Lacey is super nice and friendly and knows her stuff! Why pay a ton of money for a wax in LA, when this place is affordable and super professional and clean! Think I found a little gem of a place. You will love this place I can assure!

My go-​to waxing place in LA. Felicia is amazing! I’ve been going to see Felicia for almost 2 years now and every time I’ve been there, service has been fabulous. Felicia is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable through the whole process. She’s always willing to accommodate and explains the process to you to ensure customer satisfaction. Everything is super clean. She has great deals for waxing packages. I heard the facials are amazing too — I’ve yet to try one but I will be going soon!

I began seeing Felicia at Facial Bungalow. I followed her to My Little Wax Bar for waxing and facials. She is the very best. Her waxing is as painless as it can be. I feel like I’m on vacation after a facial. She’s warm, caring, sensitive and humorous and her skills are fantastic. What more could one ask for.

I came here for a Brazilian and lip wax with Lacey. The studio was so cute, quiet and relaxing! It was easy to get to from my house in West Hollywood, and I was even able to get street parking right out front. Lacey was so sweet and funny, she makes you feel comfortable so that you almost forget why you’re there. She’s also very thorough when waxing. The whole process was as painless as it gets. I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back!

I get my face waxed here every couple months by Felicia. She is quick and very good at what she does. I have sensitive skin, and she always goes above and beyond to treat it with care. I’ve never had a bad reaction to the wax.
They share the building with a few other businesses, but it’s always very quiet and relaxing here. Glad I found this place!

I just got a Brazilian here. Lacey is great. Super friendly and does a very good job. No waxing is painless, but this was close. Much more comfortable than other places I have gone. She’s got a fun personality and is extremely thorough. Recommended!

I never really write reviews but today I’m making an exception.
I just got my second wax ever here, and I was really nervous because I have such a low tolerance for pain, and my first wax experience was so awful. But omg Felicia is AMAZING.
She talks to you and gives you tips to help with the pain. So great, highly recommend.

I have gone to Lacey for my brazilians for over a year now and she is great. She is so warm and friendly, we literally have a major gab fest while she’s waxing away. She makes you feel so comfortable that you forget you should be self conscious and in agonizing pain. She does a very thorough job, no matter how long it has been since you’ve freshened up down there (trust me, I make her work for that $, damn Italian roots!). She also does a great job at getting the job done quickly and with as minimal pain as possible. She’s the best! You can book online so you can easily see when she is available, a great perk. She is great and I highly recommend her services. Tip: belly trail is not included in the brazilian so add it on for an add’l $ 5

And Shanghi is one of the best massage therapists I have been too… Ever. Not only does he have the strength to go deep, if that is what you want, he also really knows the body and has hands of a maestro. Highly highly recommend him.

I’ve been coming to Felicia for two years for all of my waxing needs. She’s super friendly, does a great job, and is fairly priced. It’s a cute and clean little room and I have never felt uncomfortable. There is usually street parking, which is rare for being in the middle of Hollywood. Make your appointments in advance cuz they book up quickly!

I avoided getting facials for years after receiving a brutal one a few years ago. We’re talking extractions by hand, faced fucked up for weeks, people asking if I needed to see the doctor sort of brutal.
If you’re carrying a similar level of baggage, Felicia is perfect for you. She’s personable, knowledgable, takes the time to explain shit, and makes extractions as painless as possible.
She doesn’t push products, but will recommend some if you ask. She doesn’t push you to book facial packages, but will be realistic about whether addressing a particular skin concern will take more sessions/​more money.
My experience was so wonderful and relaxing. The extractions weren’t so horrible that it overshadowed the entire experience, so that, to me, is a sign of a talented esthetician.

I found Felicia back when she was at the Facial Bungalow years ago through Groupon and have not been to see anyone else since then! Felicia is very flexible in making appointments and she is so friendly and kind. She is also so easy to talk to– I find myself looking forward to our chatting sessions during appointments! Not only is she a wonderful person, but her work is great– she is very careful and knowledgable– to be trusted for any waxing needs!
This location is charming, inside of an old house, now holding a handful of businesses (she is upstairs). I can usually park at the meters on Gardner just outside the house.
