I recently purchased an amazing matteress and adjustable frame from Tom. I also worked with Sheldon and Alex. They were all equally professional. I have to give my best to Tom for going above and beyond to make the transaction a smooth one, beside the fact that he was the one that I worked with primarily and went to bat for me to make sure that I made the right purchase. If you’re looking for a relaxing, non pushy sales experience, this is the place. These guys don’t mess around, they get that the old school sales tactics are just that, old school and not productive. Thank you all so much for your patience and understanding. You’re the the best!

We finally decided it was time for a new bed and headed over to OC Mattress based on all of these positive Unilocal reviews. Sheldon was awesome, helpful and patient while we tried everything out. We finally landed on a Serta and thought this would be the one. Delivered to the house quickly! After a few days, we realized that the bed we picked out was still not the type of mattress we were looking for, so we opted to exchange it with a small restocking fee. We narrowed it down to the Tommy Bahama line on the exchange and could not be more happier with the way we are sleeping at night. Awesome place, I will never buy a mattress from another retailer. Great experience overall!

An easy FIVE STARS from our experience at Orange County Mattress. My friend Mike L referred me to this shop as I had told him we were looking for a new mattress. He said to go see Sheldon and wow, are we glad we did. The trip to OC Mattress was short, painless, no hassle and we left accomplished. It’s really not what I had planned for. The last time I bought a mattress, it was an ordeal because I wanted to make sure I got the right one and tried/​layed down on almost all the mattresses in the gallery. Sheldon sized us up, asked a couple of key questions such as preferences & price points. He directed us towards 2 Sertas. One was firm and the other one less so. The firm one was it… Boom. Sold. Not even sure it took more than 15 minutes to decide. I was shocked. I didnt know what to do with myself as I had it in my mind we’d be there lying down on mattresses indecisively for at least an hour. Sheldon took care of us, directed us to what he thought we might be looking for, left us alone and let us decide for ourselves. He was our guiding light… He mentioned he had been in mattress sales for over a decade plus so his experience is definitely key. He knew the price point so he didnt have to try to sell us on the $ 10K or $ 25K premium handsewn plush mattresses… But I did lie down on them fancy things. Not for me but if you want ‘em, OC Mattress has them.
Sheldon’s customer service and laid back attitude really helped in the purchase. He was so easy to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and asked us all the right questions in order to help us find the one. He took care of scheduling the delivery of the mattress and box spring as well. Go see him. You wont regret it…

We had such an outstanding experience at OC Mattress in West Hollywood, CA, that we just had to write about it!
We walked into the store on our way to dinner, were greeted by Alex, whom we told we had only 15 mins to make the purchase. He cut to the chase, narrowed down the choice with us, and we made the purchase and scheduled the delivery. On the day of the delivery our driveway got blocked and we had to cancel it. With just 4 hours until they were supposed to deliver, they (Sheldon, in the West Hollywood store) said «no problem, when would you like us to re-​schedule the delivery?»…and, they did. He didn’t miss a beat, it was clearly all about taking care of the customer. How refreshing!
And, it only gets better… Dan C., the lead delivery driver was amazingly careful, quick, and professional, assisted by his able associate John H. They were in and out, in no time, and left a very favorable impression as representatives of the company.
Finally, may I say that their price was $ 100.00 less than the competition? Win, win, win!
This is certainly a 5-​star operation, and it was a pleasure to write this review!

I can’t say enough good things about this store. I was just walking by Orange County Mattress and decided to stop in and check out mattresses for a future purchase. I was immediately impressed by the wide selection and the brands they carry. I was even further impressed by their associate Sheldon and his deep knowledge, expertise and patience in educating me about mattresses and what might be best for me. I actually went back twice already to test out further options (my advice: bring your own pillows!) so I’ll know what to buy. And although I haven’t purchased mine yet, when I do, it will be from Orange County Mattress!

This place is great. Alex helped me out with a great deal, and was the most patient while I tried out my options in the store. I definitely recommend this place (not only for the great deals) but superb customer service!

My husband and I recently moved across-​town to West Hollywood. I had seen the storefront but did my research here on Unilocal and was impressed by the reviews. We went in on a Thursday night, and left very satisfied with our purchase!
Specifically, Alex is the Mattress Whisperer: he uncovered all of our habits, preferences, and budget and made us feel very comfortable with the type of mattress we liked (Luxury Firm). We purchased the mattress that was on sale (by 50%) and had it delivered the next day, along with our amazing new pillows. Needless to say, the bed is now our favorite place in the house, and I am waking up pain-​free for the first time in years. Thank you, Alex!

Highly recommend OC Mattress and this location. Alex was so knowledgeable and friendly. He spent a great deal of time helping me find the perfect mattress and answering all of my questions. WOW WOW WOW!!! These gentlemen are by far the kindest and most accommodating in the business. We went all around town and made our deal here. They know their mattresses and want their customers happy. We are so grateful for them. Ask for Alex. He won’t let you down!

I just got an apt. and needed a mattress asap. Did a search and called all the regulars (won’t drop names) Calles OC and they said as long as I got the order in by 1pm it would be no problem (12:30 at this point). Drive over expecting the dingy used cars… I mean mattress lot and was completely floored. The store was immaculate and felt like I was walking into a home. Was greeted right away by one of the staff who was extremely knowledgeable. Within about 10 mins. I had found the mattress I wanted. This would have taken ages at some of the other shops.
Anyways got he order in on time and 3 hours later I had a mattress in my new apt.
I ended up choosing their in house brand and couldn’t be more happy. If you need a mattress head to OC. RUN DONT WALK…

We went to Orange County Mattress to try out the Temper-​Pedic line. Chris helped us narrow down our choice. He was extremely knowledgable and patient, and not pushy at all. We appreciated his advice and assistance. We highly recommend Chris and OC Mattress!

Had a great experience! Very completive prices and your overall best bang for your buck. Chris was very helpful and I ended up getting a great deal on the most popular mattress in the store.

Considering that we spend the majority of our lives sleeping– Shopping for a new mattress can seem as tedious as searching for a new car…
I recently visited several mattress stores in the area, and I knew that I was in the right place upon entering OC Mattress– West Hollywood.
The variety of mattress designs coupled with the knowledge behind each one, provided with ease, by sales representative, Robert, made my decision more efficient.
There are many wonderful mattresses available for same or next day delivery at this location, and my final decision was the Aireloom Sequoia Eurotop– A beautifully designed, handmade mattress with enough comfort and support to send me soaring into sweet dreams– And enough spring to launch me into my active life and demanding career.

Had a great experience at OCM. A friend had recommended them highly. My partner and I stopped in just to see what was available. Chris is a fantastic sales person — very informed, didn’t push us into a particular brand or type. We checked the prices out and found they were very competitive. We came back a second time to make a decision and Chris made it all easy. Have been sleeping very well ever since.

Was just tagging along with my friend today for her errands. She wanted to stop in for a new bed! I went with of coarse, and I do have to say that the salesman there, Bobby, was one of the nicest guys I have ever seen sell something. Not overly push, smiled a lot, he even let us go have lunch as my friend and I discussed the purchase she was about to make. We went back in and bought it. Yay! We asked when we could get it delivered, and he said, how about today! OMG
All in all it was a good experience, even though I did not buy a bed. I will certainly be back to buy my next one here. As should you!

BEST EXPERIENCE !!!
I went to OC Mattress to buy a Tempurpedic mattress, because I always wanted to have one, after hearing so much about it and after the entire world swears by it. The process was so easy. Chris the owner of that store was super helpful and I had my Tempurepedic the next day.
Here comes the BUT. I hated it. I felt incredibly uncomfortable sleeping on it. I felt trapped and like I was «stewing» in my own juices (gross — I know). I thought about it long and hard, because I have never returned a bed in my life. Nevertheless, I did go back to see Chris to see, what my options were. Well, I have to tell you, Chris made the exchange process super easy and I had a new mattress set a week later.
I can highly recommend this place :-)

Truth in Advertising
We purchased a Cal King Mattress from OC Mattress because they had exactly what we wanted, the sales guy was well informed and easy to deal with, and the price was very attractive. A week after delivery, our (Italian) furniture manufacturer informed us that the bed we ordered earlier in the month was no longer available in Cal King, only standard King. True to their word, OC Mattress exchanged our Cal King for a US King with no hassle or additional charge. Have been sleeping pretty since!
