David (the man who comes to fix the dryer) is friendly, expertly knowledgeable, and physically strong. My dryer (an old Kenmore, small) was clogged with lint inside the back of the dryer. He took off all the zillion screws and fixed it. Plus he kept the area clean! I highly recommend.

David showed up on time and fixed my Maytag Neptune Washer. He was extremely nice and even told me some tips on how to extend the life of my 16 year old machine. He was recommended to me by a coworker who also had a great experience with him.

Even though this guy is clearly never going to return my call after taking money for a faulty repair… I continue to call his number just to see if he EVER RETURNS HIS CALLS.

I called this service earlier this year and left a message that my washer had suddenly gone haywire. The owner was showed up the following day — a Sunday — and went thru several diagnostics before determine that some tiny little piece had gone bad. And he had the replacement part in his truck & saved me from having to purchase a new washing machine.
Great service. Great attitude. Amazingly fair prices.

I called Paul and was ready to spend money on getting my washer & dryer serviced; He was so honest and helpful he told me that I would be spending wayyyy too much to open up my machines for service and gave me some helpful tips and tricks to service my washer myself! He told me to give him a call whenever I have an issue.
I AM KEEPING HIS NUMBER AND RECOMMENDING HIM TO EVERYONE.
