The slowest staff ever! Everything I come there to pick up something, I have never waited less than 15 min, even when it’s ready. Unfortunately it’s close and I have to deal with them :/

These people are rude rude rude. If the prescription gets screwed up they absolutely will blame You not themselves for misreading the label. Incompetent is the word! Go to Costco.

I have no idea why others have given this pharmacy high ratings. It is without a doubt the worst pharmacy I have ever used, and if I could give it zero stars I would. I decided to use them as my pharmacy because I shop at Pavilions for my groceries and thought it would be convenient — I could not have been more wrong. First off, the staff is rude and not at all knowledgable. That said, I would be able to deal with that if getting my prescriptions went smoothly, but that has never once happened. For seven straight months I tried to get a medication put on auto-refill, and every month I would come in to pick it up and it would not be ready and not on auto-refill. I would stand there and ask the woman behind the counter to put it on auto-refill, she would claim to do so right then, and the next month we would do the exact same dance all over again. I got new insurance and that concept threw them off so much that I ended up having to pay several hundred dollars for my medications because they could not input my new information correctly. The last straw happened today: I have a horrible stomach virus and my doctor called in a medication for me that was marked as Urgently Needed. After finally feeling well enough to get out of bed to go pick it up, I make it to the pharmacy only to be told, verbatim, «oh, yeah, we don’t have that.» When I asked why they did not call the doctor’s office, or me, to let me know and have the prescription transferred I was met with a signature blank stare. The people at this pharmacy do not care about their jobs or that the people that rely on them have medical conditions that may require them to fulfill their duties in a timely manner. Never, ever use this pharmacy.

(A quick«sorry» goes out to my friend who’s a pharmacist at CVS in Westwood) Seriously, why on G*d’s green earth would you go to CVS or Walgreen’s? This pharmacy is fast. The pharmacy staff are nice enough. There’s never a line, or maybe one person in front of you. Oh, wanna know what else? They actually answer the phone when you call them. I am so happy I tried them out. I’ve been using them for over a year now and have never had a problem.

Although I prefer the local mom & pop pharmacies, if you’re gonna go to a chain, this one seems to be the one. The pharmacists and the pharmacy techs are very, VERY friendly and actually helpful. They take the time to actually talk TO their patients not lecture them. For a grocery store pharmacy, I have yet to experience a better one!
