Philippe is truly one of the best in this city. He moves well, makes you feel comfortable and at ease, and you instantly trust him because he is always focused on what he is doing. He always knows where he is at in a haircut and always has a solid finished product in mind. He is clean, and swift. And always available to reach, even for short notice cuts. He has been cutting my hair for three years, and will be cutting my hair for many more to come.
