Placed an order online at 8:35pm, for delivery, with an estimated time for delivery of 40 mins. It is now 10:03 and still no delivery, no phone call, no one is answering the phone(prior to closing time — tried 5 times), and now they are closed! Unbelievable. Update to previous comments… I spoke to a rep at the restaurant in order to get a refund, and they were very nice and responsive. She assured me that the refund would get pushed through, and that her manager would be contacted. This is greatly appreciated. She also noted that they were closed yesterday(Monday), but the hours noted online showed they were open, their online ordering allowed the order to go through, and the phone message(when you call their number) had an outdated message from May. So overall not the worst experience, but it could have been easier if the system(their website) noted they were closed. I have eaten here before and the food was good so no complaints from that perspective.

Stopping in for a break from LA Pride and these guys are awesome. Ended up getting two slices of pizza and a twelve inch. Simon, the manager, is a charismatic man who keeps the company running efficiently and the pizza tastes splendid. Thanks Pizza Rustica!

I literally just left this location because it was terrible customer service. I didn’t get any type of acknowledgement when I first entered the business. The the cashier that was working didn’t even acknowledge me or my friend when we first came into the establishment she just continued to talk on the phone! We stood there for about 10mins trying to figure out if she was going to take our order or continue on her call– smh I normally have really good customer service here but today the ball was definitely dropped. She was Latina or maybe even mixed. However, We ended up leaving because she took so long! If you are reading this please have a chat with her more like customer service 101. Thank you–

Located next to Mickey’s. Came in after a night in WEHO on Saturday. You order and pay at the register. I ordered a slice of the mushroom/tomato. The slices are rectangular and they cut it into 6 bite size pieces. It was about $ 4/slice. Pizzas are medium crust and did not taste the best. Pizza chains taste better than this. Note#1: A side of ranch, etc is extra money. Note#2: Bathrooms close after midnight which I find absurd because the business closes late to accommodate people who are hungry after the clubs/bars close. They should at least have the bathrooms open especially for paying customers. Note#3: bogo check-in offer no longer accepted. When I checked in on Unilocal,an offer popped up for a BOGO pizza. When I showed the cashier, he said they no longer accept it. I replied, «it says here I can use it. your business made this offer.» He still wouldn’t accept it. I found that to be bad customer service because the offer did not have an expiration date and the business should have been responsible enough to take down the offer from Unilocal. Overall, won’t be back. If you have late night munchies, go elsewhere.

The only time I’ve ever been here was after a night of drinking. Even when you are drunk, you’ll know how good food is, and how much you’re spending. There’s generally a long line after the clubs close down because people are drunk and hungry. The taste and quality are not the best. The pizza is cheap and the slices are quite large. You also wonder why the heck they take so long to get that pizza ready when all they do is throw it into the oven to heat it up. You would have thought they were making it from scratch. I’d go here drunk… Das it.

This place does not honor its Unilocal check in offer… Why have the offer up if you don’t accept it?! And they say that after you check in… So it’s abusing the system

Nah they have a check in offer for BOGO pizza slices on Unilocal Check In and they don’t even honor it which is rude. Take it down if you don’t honor it anymore, get your shit together. Also their server didn’t give a fuck. And, they tryna charge $ 1 for ranch for a slice. I saw them give free ranch to a guy who ordered some pizza boxes. Either he ain’t playin fair or maybe there’s a ranch rule — free ranch for pizza boxes, not slices. Ugh, free the ranch! On the pizza taste itself, not great. 2 out of 5 on taste.

I ordered and paid for a slice of pizza and after a long time of waiting I asked for my pizza because everyone else I was with got their pizza and the guy said I have to pay again because I never paid. I still had the change in my hand. I asked for the manager and he claimed he was the manager. He said if I wanted pizza I would have to pay again because he didnt remember me ordering. Wtf?!

Love coming here when I am in that area. The best barbeque chicken pizza! It is the gluten free crust… you don’t feel bloated after scarfing down some pie. It is light on the gut, unlike other pizza. Super friendly staff(at least when I came in). This pizza really is the bomb! Check this place out.

first day out on new job, searching for places to eat. either pizza rustica or z pizza across the street. plan on trying both. decided to go with pizza rustica first. it was like a pizza hut style pan pizza but not even as good as that. i got the buffalo chicken pizza and it was OK, i mean the serving size was huge but i wasn’t exactly thrilled. the caesar salad that it came with my meal was just lettuce mix and some dressing and croutons. the croutons were the best part it’s not really what i look for in a pizza and youre not able to get away with buying just a slice. it’s more of a long rectangle brick cut into six smaller squares. most likely will not return

Low quality food. Their New York steak is not New York steak!!! Their bolognese is a joke. I did the mistake of ordering the food for delivery; if I was at the restaurant I’d have sent everything back.

After spending 20 minutes looking for parking at an empty pizza place, I was instructed by the staff ‘Miguel’ that we had to move our car despite parking in a spot labeled for Rustica customers. I ordered a slice of day old pizza to be reheated by Miguel which I then had to take to go. On my way out I asked for a container of ranch which Miguel then walked me back to the register to pay 54 cents for. I refused the fee and left. The pizza was l legitimately barely warm and so rubber-y I couldn’t finish it. 0⁄10 would ever recommend. If this were my business I would be so disappointed in this customer service. I was literally asked not to stay and given awful product.

So pizza after drinking tends to be a must. Perfectly placed near Rage. From about an hour in, we knew we’d end up there. Which the slices are gigantic for $ 6 a slice. But I totally missed the buy one get one deal on here. So that was unfortunate. The pizza would have been perfect, but there was no sauce whatsoever… Which was really disappointing. But being that I was drunk, it was still decent enough. Very cheesy and well cooked.

Sometimes after a long night of drinking, you make very questionable choices. Food being one of them. I was on my way home. Trying to call an Über or hop on the Trolley… just trying to find my way back to my side of town. And then we came upon a long line… that led to Pizza Rustica. At first glance, it looked like a pizza joint you’d find on a college campus. Barely passable pizza. But MAN did it look GOOD. As tired as we were, we could not resist the smells. It was probably among one of the worst I’ve had… but I have to admit it was decent at that time of night. And cheap as hell — $ 6 for a huge rectangle?! Jesus. This place probably makes damn good money at night. But I’m sure it’s a ghost town during the day as everyone and their mama knows better.

If it weren’t 2am I probably would have never stepped into this restaurant. When it comes to convenience to a night out it offers a great carb source for those trying to not get sloppy. The pizza sits in under a little light barely kept warm until you select your slice. The size is pretty decent for the price but the flavors aren’t amazing. The dough tastes like something you buy pre-packaged at the market. They were pretty courteous when dealing with rowdy clientele but they did take their time. Not the best for people who just want to get in n out.

This place is a staple for late night food after a night out in WeHo. Every time I go, I wish it tasted better, but I guess beggars can’t be choosers! The check in deal is helpful for bigger friends groups and you can’t beat the price! Service is good, but the pizza is mediocre.

Pizza Rustica serves as the perfect spot when your late-night, after-club munchies attack. Don’t expect too much… their pizza may be big slices and expensive, but it is bland tasting. They smother the dough with cheese and use little to none of the meat toppings. Their crust is also very thick/doughy and resembles the taste of focaccia bread rather than a deliciously crunchy pizza crust. Overall: they serve high price gross pizza

Nearly midnight. Sunday night. Tired after seeing a comedy show, but didn’t really have dinner before the show, so hungry. Pizza? Yes, please! Called Pizza Rustica and while they weren’t taking anymore delivery orders, I was advised I could still order through … had never ordered through them, but figured I would try it out. A little annoying that I couldn’t order through the restaurant itself, but not a big deal. Ordering through Postmates was cool because you can track the driver and see where he’s at(like Über). Delivery took a little longer than I expected – probably due to being late on a Sunday night, though. There are also extra delivery fees but when you want pizza, you WANTPIZZA so it was worth it. Pizza Rustica didn’t disappoint. We had a small basic pepperoni and mozzarella sticks with ranch dressing on the side. The mozzarella sticks were pretty basic but fine. The pizza was good– not greasy with a decent amount of pepperoni and cheese. Crust was light, soft, and thin. Even though we ordered the small, we still had left overs for the next day so that was good, too. I would order from Pizza Rustica again.
