Five or so years ago, I had a Marc Jacobs watch and it broke. I found Raffi on Unilocal and he had such great reviews, I took the watch to him to fix. So he fixed it, and WOULD NOT LET ME PAY HIM. Was just like, come back if you need jewelry! I gave my boyfriend at the time his card and joked that if he ever wanted to buy me a diamond, this would be the place to go.
Five years later, my boyfriend (now husband) took my advice and went to Raffi for my engagement ring. He and Raffi BUILT MY RING together, from the ground up! Raffi helped him pick the best diamond for the ring/​me/​our budget and constructed a double halo of diamonds around it. It blew my mind when he surprised me with it, and I was forced to say yes. Raffi made me get married.
Raffi Jewelers is so great we went back for our wedding rings! He made mine thin, with diamonds all the way around. My husband wanted a gold band that was slightly tapered on the inside for some reason (don’t ask) and though Raffi thought he was insane, he did it anyway and it was PERFECT.
That’s the other thing — Raffi and his wife are hilarious, charming people. She is so sweet and smart and he… well, he tells it like it is. I literally cannot say enough great stuff about this place. It feels very chi-​chi to say «my jeweler,» but as far as I’m concerned Raffi is my jeweler! I would never go anywhere else.

My husband and I can not say enough wonderful things about Raffi and his wife. We came in with a family heirloom ring that I was previously told would never fit my smaller fingers but Raffi was amazing and explained what he would do to size it down properly. He is wonderful and does amazing work, it’s so comforting to know that you can get this high caliber of work from someone that you trust.

Fantastic family-​owned business that knows how to treat their customers. Lots of gorgeous watches and jewelry with great prices. They cleaned all of our jewelry too, at no charge! I am glad we found them.

So many things to look for, so many places looking for just the right gifts or personal effects. When I first saw them I thought this side of town… It’s gonna be !$… But, after spending a few minutes with the folks inside they made me feel like a king! They hunted for special pieces, Custome made special pieces !!! You don’t get this just anywhere. Everything that has to do with any type of diamonds, or precious stones This is your place. West Hollywood is fortunate to have a mid city neighborhood jewelry shop that does creative custom pieces as well as stock an impressive array of distinctive jewels, watches & accessories at fair & honest prices, high guaranteed quality, all with personalized & friendly service. I can’t imagine ever going to another jewelry store again knowing that the best is so accessible & close by.

I cant say enough about Raffi. I have gone repeatedly to him to get some custom jewelry made. Not only did he knock it out of the park, it was a great price and my Fiancé loved it. I always feel like family when I go there. There is no reason to go anywhere else when it comes to jewelry.

You will not find the price service low pressure quality or value at any other jeweler I know of including abroad.

My partner and I were getting married after 12 years together. We visited Raffi, found the perfect rings, had them in less than a week. Everything turned out perfect. I visited the store yesterday to have some earrings cleaned.
The level of customer service was truly outstanding and I can see why they have so many 5star ratings. When I am in the market for a ring or something custom I will definitely return. I would recommend this store to everyone looking for great, genuine service.

I recently brought a ring in to be resized at Raffi Jewelers. Everyone I spoke to (both on the phone and in store) was very friendly and helpful. I originally had a size in mind, but they measured my finger several times to find the best fit. Their prices were reasonable and in line with other jewelers in the area.
They estimated it would take 4 days for the ring to be ready (which was correct) and called me to let me know when I could pick it up. I’m definitely glad I chose Raffi Jewelers and will keep them in mind for any jewelry needs. Thanks!

Raffi and his wife are extremely warm and helpful and their services are very reasonably priced.
I’ve taken my beat up necklaces and rings to him to fix and most recently Raffi resized, fixed a broken fragile mount and polished an antique engagement ring for my fiancé and I and it turned out stunning! He also polished the platinum band with rhodium for added shine!
Highly recommend Raffi and will be returning for our wedding bands! :)

I have been shopping here for years and it’s a great trust worthy place to buy jewelry. They will remind you what service use to mean as they treat you like family when ever you come in. This business is a class act, with quality merchandise at reasonable prices. Lots to choose from here in their scenic West Hollywood location. But, it is the service and warm smiles that will keep you coming here again and again.

Raffi and his wife are the most warm and welcoming couple ever. I went here to get my ring resized based on all the other positive reviews I had read and they did not let me down! Affordable pricing, excellent work, and wonderful service. I will never go anywhere else.

We wanted to get perfect wedding bands, and this place is totally the one to go to. My fiancé wanted his to be very plain, but heavy, something that would send the message of importance; not flashy, very manly. Raffi managed to get the idea in two sentences — and he made a beautiful custom made ring for him. Mine — I wanted to match my man’s, keep it simple, with a little imbedded diamond — again Raffi made exactly what I wanted. Our engravings were special too — two lines in French, Raffi found a solution to this «problem» as well. Overall — nice, happy, friendly people, creating lasting memories, while doing their job extremely professionally.

I recently got engaged to my partner. I wanted something special and had shopped around before I found Raffi. I didn’t really know what I wanted and I had never been to a jeweler before. Raffi was wonderful. We looked about dozens of rings but settled on something custom. The ring is so beautiful and so special. My partner just about died when he saw it.
