Robert Raphael Photography

I want to say that Robert was great to work with. He was not only kind and very able, he was also patient. I purchased a headshot package from him in early 2015, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I wasn’t able to get the shots done until later in the year. He was understanding and sympathetic to my situation and easily worked around it. Not only that, he was very agreeable in providing my proofs in whatever form I chose. I have nothing but great things to say about him. I recommend him highly.

I really don’t generally enjoy taking new headshots. It can feel so artificial and I have a hard time getting comfortable. Well I LOVED, LOVED, LOVED shooting with Robert. He has a calm, kind and extremely relaxed demeanor — which helped me feel at ease right away. He is clearly an extremely skilled photographer and understands how to direct his subjects to get great shots.
Robert also did a brilliant job with my makeup. I was actually concerned about this aspect of his package as I have encountered professional makeup artists who are not particularly skilled working with African American skin tones. But Robert’s palette choices were natural and really lovely.
I ended up with 3 fabulous different looks that I’m excited to use moving forward. I will absolutely go back to Robert for updated pictures in the future, and highly recommend that anyone needing photos take advantage of his talents!

Robert is one of the best photographers I have ever had. He is very resonable, easy to work with, and talented. He is a great make up artist and a photographer. How often can you get a good package like this for such a reasonable price? Great make up artist and a photographer.
