I Purchased a Groupon for a tour with drop off and admission to Madame Tussauds for two. On April 21, 2015, I tried to book the tour. The coupon did not expire until May 11, 2015.
I received no response to my first email. I received no telephone call back after then leaving a voice mail.
I sent another email, on April 22, 2015, and received the following response from Skyes Tour, on April 23, 2105, «Sorry, but that Groupon offer has expired. please contact groupon to redeem or credit you.»
When I questioned this, due to the Groupon not expiring until May 11, 2015, I did not receive a reply.
Seems like a sketch company. Be careful!
P. S. To Groupon’s credit, they refunded the $ 95 I paid for this tour.
