This subway is down the street from where I work. I walked in here with a coworker who was getting a sandwich to go and I’m glad she did. This place is really small, the way the layout is makes it so difficult to get to the beginning of the line. I feel bad for anyone trying to eat inside this place, you will literally be sitting down eating and you will have someone standing in line RIGHTNEXT to your table. I was sitting at one of those tables I just mentioned and I could literally reach out my hand and touch someone who is standing in line, thats how small this place is. Anyway, as I was sitting there waiting for my friend I noticed the guy taking the orders was calling the customers Señor and Señorita lol. I guess if I was craving Subway I would just come here and pick something up.

The rudest manager ever. Doesn’t know if they accept Samsung pay or other forms of payment and wanted to see my credit card in case the payment doesn’t go through

Came here for a quick snack after visiting a furniture store. Very small location on Sunset. Picked up a black forest sub and chocolate chip cookie. Sub seemed rather small for a 6 inch. Meat seemed lacking. Could of used a bit more layers. The cookie seemed too doughy in texture. A little disappointed with my meal.

This used to be my Subway. I would walk here from my apartment or get food on my lunch break. It was always fast and the sandwiches rocked. I also like the location. Not too many freaks in this area, so it never got sketchy trying to eat here.

I eat here quite a bit because work is down the street. I’ve never had an issue and they are really quick & nice. Thanks SOOBWAY!

This is the worst subway place. the guy there don’t care about your food about your sub. They rush every order and do not care to ask before putting things in your sub. The guy there put so much of dressing in my sub that I had to throw it away. big time sucks. dont go there.

Came here for breakfast… and apparently one of their egg sandwiches is served all day. I was a bit disappointed the coffee here is $ 1.60 because for 5 cents more you can get one at Starbucks! Why. They don’t exactly have parking here… so you just have to walk a bit. Coney Dogs has a parking structure above the restaurant, so you could always just park there and walk… Meatball Marinara had SO much marinara sauce in it… the sandwich was so soggy! But it’s better than being too dry. There’s like a total of 8 seats inside… 2 small tables and a small counter with 4 stools… we sat at the counter which was actually clean. The employees aren’t too friendly here; perhaps it’s because it was«early» in the morning.

One of my favorite Subway locations. Always clean inside. Fast and friendly sandwich makers. They’re open late on Friday and Saturday nights too! Foot long chicken bacon ranch on toasted jalapeño bread = delicious.

I don’t normally feel inclined to rate fast food joints, but this Subway has a definitely night/day quality about the service. DONOT come in here during lunch time, as construction workers will a. rudely push in front of you, and b. as a result of these people, your order gets rushed and condiments get forgotten. I kept telling the girl to put certain things on, and she would either hardly put any or not put anything at all. I got so exasperated by it that I just took the sandwich as it was. They tried to charge me for avocado on my husband’s big pastrami sandwich [which is really, really good by the way], and after saying to them twice that it was ME who ordered a turkey, bacon, avocado sandwich, the staff still argued between one another about whether or not to charge me. Seriously you guys? On the other hand, when this place is empty, they do a really, really great job. If you have a regular rush of customers, you should be able to work around it and make it work. I just ended up paying $ 7.50 for a mediocre footlong instead.

Subway is Subway, people! It is a sandwich you get when you are in a hurry, on the go. You walk in, you order, you get your foot-long or 6″ and go your way not worrying what you gonna have for lunch. I always get the same and have been please so far. Turkey on wheat. Simply can’t go wrong.

The idiot that works here tried to rush my lady friend for the night off of the phone because they were closing in a few minutes. Actually, so that you can understand how this idiot just got this Subway the worst rating I can give it, let me run you the complete play by play of our order. We walk in, my friend is still on her phone with her roommate. Nobody else is in the place. We sit down at the table. From behind the counter: Guy: «HEY! Could you guys hurry it up if you want to order, we are closing in a few minutes.» Me: «Seriously? You guys are closing in like 3 minutes?» Guy: «Yeah, so could you hurry it up?» Me: «You are literally the first Subway, let alone any eatery I’ve seen in history that closes at freakin 11:36pm» Girl i’m with: to the phone«hang on», to the idiot guy«Your door says you close at midnight… you guys should probably talk to your managers about getting that changed to 11:36» Me: «For your crimes against humanity, we will order at 11:58 or whenever another customer shows up… whichever comes first. Guy: „Then I won’t make your food“ Me: „Really?“ yelling…“Is there a manager in here» Manager: «Hello, I’m the manager, is there a problem?» Girl i’m with: «This guy told me to get off the phone and place my order because you guys are closing.» Manager: to the guy«I’m serious Julio, that’s the last time you are rude like that to our customers… when people come in you talk to them. We are open until midnight, now you were begging me for more hours and I tried to give them to you, but if you are going to continually cause drama with our customers you’ll be sorry. I’m sick of your crap, how many times is that this week… etc, etc» The manager got in Julio’s grill for another good 3 minutes before giving us our food for free after having to deal with him. I’ve never given a low score to a Subway, and management and how they dealt with the situation on the spot is the only reason they got a 2 ¾ star rating. However, they would’ve gotten a higher score if not for the fact that Julio has apparently been treating people like trash for a rather long time, but they don’t fire him, and in fact, apparently awarded him with more hours. I give Subway on Sunset strip, a 2 ¾ out of 5 stars.

I haven’t been to a Subway in about 8 years or so… There’s a reason for that, I was reminded, after the sandwich I ate on Halloween. Subway’s directly across the street from Viper Room, where the Unilocaloween event was held, and that’s how i ended up at Subway, before the event. I got ham & Swiss on whole wheat. Asked them to add lettuce, mayo, pickles. I didn’t load up the sammy with extras cuz I didn’t want to end up wearing it if it got too messy. No danger of overloading, the sandwich was skimpy as far as fillings. The bread was tasteless. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing and it was my fault, dunno. Service was amazing. I got compliments on my tight skinny jeans and my Unilocal tank top. *sigh* Maybe I should award 5 stars… Nah.(But thanks, guys.) My food cost $ 3.25. You get what ya pay for…

Dear Subway, I’ve worked near you and you are the only cheap place for miles. Seriously, between the gas station and you, you win hands down. Thanks for all the cheap meals, Ed

Really good subway! I’m not biased because a dear old friend whom I party with owns it. well maybe it is part of it. I get free subway sandwiches that are edible and tasty(unlike some other places). and their veggie pattie is great! And you know what else, owners are nice enough to buy their employee a nice birthday cake, and we all celebrated. one last thing, you always run in to celebrities(a, b and c classes) one time I hear Mr costner came by to pick up a sandwich(he had fully grown beard going on). darn it I sound like LA. Dropping name and shiet like its warm or something. So if you are craving a subway sandwich and you are in the area, dont drive off to some other location, stop by here and patronize them. Disclaimer — I benefit as well because this would indirectly lead to me getting more free drinks from him.
