The Tankless Water Heater Experts

I had them replace my standard hot water heater with a Tankless model water heater. They also installed a water pressure regulator.
Overall, the service was very good. Mac and his workers (Shawn and Chris) are friendly, courteous and answered all my questions regarding the tankless water heater systems. Also very diligent at keeping us informed of their timeline (water off/​on, gas off/​on, end of the day info.

I called on a Tuesday morning and talked to the guys about wanting to replace our existing water heater with tankless one. We went over the basic options on the phone, and made an appointment for the next day. On Wednesday morning they came out and looked at our situation. Our existing gas line did not have enough capacity to handle our current needs and handle the high demands of having a new tankless water heater installed. We talked about the options of replacing the existing heater, or going with the tankless water heater and having to run a whole new dedicated gas line. The plumbing techs were very forthcoming with the fact that if I wanted to do it as I envisioned it there would have to be extra cost and time involved.
I decided to go ahead with the tankless heater and new gas line. The three person crew showed up Thursday morning and got right to work. They were very professional with all of their dealings in my house. Removing the old hot water heater and installing the new tankless unit was the easy part. The gas line was a difficult process. They could have stopped working at 5pm and come back the next day to finish the job, leaving us with no hot water. However, the entire plumbing crew stayed until 9pm to make sure the job was done correctly and on time. I give them lots of professional credit for taking the extra time to do the job right the first time.

The service was amazing! Both plumbers were very knowledgeable. Despite the quick fix, they explained to me how tankless water heaters work and took the time to answer all of my questions (I ask a lot of questions!). I had a great experience :)
