Verizon Wireless – 4G Wireless

Wife needed to upgrade her 5 to a 6s and my 11 year old needed her first phone… so off to Verizon for a free second phone if you add another line. Couldn’t have gone smoother. Wife happy… daughter happy… me happy! Great Customer service from the ever patient Trevor Zierenberg. Thanks again Trevor!!!

Sunset strip location you would think the highest technical equipment would be here if anywhere. NOT TRUE… Renewed my family contract.$$$$$. Could not even transfer my data after waiting over an hour in the store coloring with crayons at a table… yes. CRAYONS…
Sales associate Geoffrey was very apologetic and helpful… While sitting and WAITING coloring crayons, an abrupt man enters the store and grunts and groans into the back office, he pops out later wearing a Verizon shirt, the manager, Trevor. I ask him what he can do for me for having to wait for an hour and STILL not getting the service that I pay for.
He STUCK HIS HAND IN THE AIR IN MY FACE… «Talk to the HAND».
I said he was rude and obnoxious he said he didn’t care what I thought. I said he should give me a charger for my trouble, he laughed and stuck his hand in my face again…

Trevor and team are amazing! I have recently purchased 3 phones from them and have had the best experience each time. They are helpful, attentive and very knowledgeable. Customer service is above and beyond like no other Verizon store in LA. I highly recommend you go there and no other place.

I came to the store in a panic. My phone fell into water and wasn’t working. Luckily, I had Alex Hernandez helping me. He was smart, quick, and got me into a new phone (with a fair price) in 30 minutes. Maybe less. I will be coming back to this store because my service with Alex was so impressive to me.

Geoffrey and Trevor were incredibly helpful setting up a replacement phone after mine had water damage. Their patience with a senior was wonderful.

Do not go here for any reason! They owe me Monday which they keep saying is coming in the form of a corporate check yet I haven’t received that I’ve been speaking to the corporate office to resolve this but the supervisor is always conveniently out of the office and never calls back.
I was also spoken to so rudely and unprofessionally by one of the staff, who says he is a store manager, basically said he won’t help and refused to let me speak to the regional manager who he had on the phone at the time, completely lacked all customer service skills!
These people are thieves and liars, go to a real Verizon store like the one very close by at Beverly connection and don’t give these con artists your business trust me!

Wish I had read all these reviews BEFORE I went in here. This Jimmy that they are discussing here forged my name on 2 contracts with Verizon and my bill also sky rocketed beyond anything I had agreed to. Bullshit response from the manger and apparently Jimmy has been fired after my dealing with him. However THAT does not resolve my problem and clearly he has been able to sham people for a very long time. Unbelievable that Verizon associates themselves with this slimy store. They are a bunch of crooks. What does that say about Verizon ???

Buyers BEWARE! this is NOT a corporate Verizon store, it’s is a retailer which I had to learn the hard way. I went to upgrade my phone and they added a line to my account and made additional changes which I did Not approve. I went to the store to address them and I was told the assistant manager (Jania) was busy and to come back, which I did and she was still unavailable. I was told go to another location for assistance, I did and was told I had to go back to the other location. At that point I called Verizon the 2^nd time and told them about my issues they said my account changes were all wrong and was instructed to return the devices and go to a corporate store. I went back to this store to make the return and they tried to tell me once again I should come back since the no manager was in. I said I’d wait. when the assistant manager arrived she immediately gave me a attitude and I said «this is not personal it is just a return» she said she could not do the return and started to yell at me and use profanity towards me and her co-​worker whom was encouraging her to do the exchange.
I asked to speak with a manager or owner and She put me on the phone with a manager (Freddy)to try to have him explain why they would not return my items even though I was within the 14 day return policy. I said this is not a discussion it’s just a return I waited over 1 hr for the manager to come in and help me and he still tried to sell me on keeping the device and extra line that was unwanted and unapproved. he finally made the return for the unwanted line but would not take my new phone back he said he would have to charge me a additional $ 100 restocking fee on my unused phone (which is a straight up LIE) he said if I keep my phone overnight he’ll approval to get the fee waived by then. In the interim I called Verizon to see if the line had been removed and it was not! Verizon called the store themselves several times to find out why they did not complete the return which is against Verizon policy. I went in the next day with a witness to document what was said and done. I was finally able to make my return and still charged over $ 70 which is fraudulent! it took over 1 week and 4 visits 4 hours on the phone to make 1 simple return. They use these horrible tactics to try to get you to give up and not make a return with the 14 day policy. BEWARE!

Without a doubt the WORST place to ever get a Verizon product. DO NOT go to this location. Go to a legit Verizon store. These guys are so incompetent it’s ridiculous. It took them 3 hrs to activate my phone. They tried to scam me into buying hotspots claiming there would be no charges. Next thing I know I have a $ 400 bill. They don’t respond to calls. They give you the run around on everything and don’t resolve any issues. Worst experience ever. Freddy, Chad… the entire staff is terrible.

This store deserves negative stars, but here’s one, so I can help prevent anyone from repeating my mistake. I was completely mislead to break my At&t contract a few days early to join Verizon. Nothing but problems ensued; service failure and communication failure on Verizon’s part; and it took me 6 weeks, countless phone calls to Verizon corporate to get me out of this nightmare. It wasn’t until I mailed the corporate communications team a printout of my emails to this store’s District Manager, Darion Walker, that I got resolution — within hours! Steer clear friends. Actually, I wouldn’t wish my experience upon my worst enemey.

Why didn’t I read these before I went here! Total scammers and who has time to deal with it! When I got my first bill I found out I’m paying $ 10/​month for a «FREE» tablet that now I cant return because it’s been 14days since i bought it. They said they told me about the $ 10/​month but I never would have gone for it. I could have paid the extra 10 bucks for more data! Super bummed that I went in here and now stuck paying for something that I won’t use.

Don’t go to this location they will scam you!!! I went in to get a new phone cause I was due for an upgrade and they made changes to my account that added over a hundred dollars a month to my bill without telling me!!!

Please be careful of this store location, if you plan on visiting or making a purchase… 4g wireless is a complete scam…

This place is a Scam!!! They have been charging me for a tablet that I never owned and they go through management like toilet paper. So I had to explain to each manager over and over and each kid was unaware and could not help me. after 6 months still getting charged. Avoid this place. It is not a authorized reseller they are a third party called 4G. Which is crap!

BEWARE: This place will scam you if you are not careful. Went to this location to upgrade my girlfriend to a Iphone 6 because she had a upgrade available and I wanted to surprise her. They gave me the new Iphone but also signed her up for 2 new lines and set her bill to over $ 500 dollars. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE as they will scam you.

This store is fantastic! They are knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve purchased, y last 3 iPhones from them and each time they have worked to get me the best deal with my current contract… I highly recommend them!!!

I received amazing customer service at this location. I was due for an upgrade on one phone and walked out of the store with new phones for the whole family, free of charge! Wooh!

I paid full price for an iPhone 6 at this store, only later to find out that it was two months old, and had already been activated and returned. Only through the good graces of Apple was I able to prove that I had been duped, and they allowed to me to purchase Apple Care after the 60-​day window.
These people are shady — do not trust them or do business with them.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I was lied to and tricked into signing a contract. If you want good service go elsewhere because you won’t find it here.

After ordering & receiving my iPad through Verizon’s website, couldn’t connect via the web. I went to the 7771 W Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90 046 location, 2 blocks east of Fairfax and they have parking in front. Eusevio helped me deal with connectivity issues and also noticed that my current plan was costing way more money. He combined my iPhone and iPad to one plan that gave more gigabytes of data for both units and save me $ 40.00 a month. Eusevio was very helpful, knowledgeable, and above all has outstanding customer service skills. Will be returning for more products in the future.
