Vicky the water is great. Went their first with a groupon but don’t even need it. Her prices are so reasonable and she’s so incredibly lovely. Highly recommend.

I’ve always had problems with my skin, but after I saw Vicky, my face really cleared up. I visit her for a facial twice a month and her treatments seem to be working well. She’s very kind, gentle, and does her job really well.

I have really sensitive skin and have to be selective to whom I can trust my facial care. Vick was very instrumental to select special techniques to develop a personalized skin care products and techniques, based on the catered client needs. I trust her judgment and experience in selecting the correct procedures for the treatment of my skin.
Her outstanding personality, knowledge and sweet approach to each client build a strong professional relationship between us. My skin feels smooth and young. I had relaxing experience during all my sessions.
My skin has never looked so good. I wouldn’t let anyone else ever touch my face! I would recommend Vicky to anyone who is looking for a good quality of service. Her service prices are reasonable and fair.

The best service ever, this women is fast, and very understanding, she knows when and how to distract during Brazilian waxing, she feels the clients, never pushes for anything extra!!! I am pleased to meet her as professional, so far the best I ever known!!! Nice customer service in the salon and happy to go back there every time

Vicki is the BEST! I see her for my waxing and my facials. She is so great at what she does. I have been to so many salons for waxing and for facials and haven’t been happier with the results.

I usually don’t write reviews but I felt like I needed to after my Brazilian waxing experience with Vicky. I purchased her $ 19 groupon with a friend and was excited to find an affordable and well reviewed place! However, I found this to be the worst waxing experience I’ve ever had. I’ve probably gotten about a dozen waxes in my life and my pain tolerance isn’t too bad. Usually I can handle a Brazilian wax. However, I’ve never experienced as much pain as I did with Vicky. During the session, I looked down to find little dots of blood from where she ripped the wax and later at home I checked myself and found raw areas where skin had been ripped off. She also wasn’t very friendly during my appointment and didn’t talk or play any music while waxing so I had nothing to focus on except for the sound of her ripping the wax off my skin. Overall, it was quick and cheap but not worth getting a torn up vagina.

I was recommended to Vicky by a friend of mine who raved about Vicky’s work. It was my first time getting a Brazilian wax and Vicky made me feel really comfortable and gave me tips as I prepared for the day. She does a great job and is very clean also great prices I would totally recommend her to anyone looking for a good wax !!!

Vicky was efficient and clean but seriously, being in the service industry, she could really use some kindness! I went for a brazilian wax from the groupon voucher. As anyone would do, i was super nervous about the pain. When she saw this, she was like why are u even doing this? She asked me to stop waxing and do something i can handle. Seriously woman? I purchased the $ 19 group on deal for waxing with VICKY-​best deal ever! She is quick, hilarious and so professional. I found my new LA waxing lady! I haven’t dared try anyone new since I left OC because there are just too many options with too much risk. Yet, I figured it was time to start taking care of myself; I also dragged my bestie along (and she had a session with Vicky too). Basically, sessions with Vicky are part of my self-​care routine from this day on!

Vicky is absolutely horrid. From the day I called to schedule my appointment (for a brazilian and underarm wax) she was rude; acted as if I was disturbing her by calling. If I hadn’t already purchased a groupon, I wouldn’t have gone to her after that first phone call, but I had, so I did… The day of my appointment, I am circling the building, looking for parking. I call Vicky TWO minutes past my appointment time to ask whether the salon has parking, because I couldn’t find any on the street whatsoever. She cuts me off in the middle of my question to say «You need to hurry up, you’re supposed to be here already.» I told her that I AM outside, and repeated my parking question. She says «NO, the salon has no parking.» She instructs me to park at the Norm’s a block down the street, and to hurry up. SO I arrive, and Vicky says that her next appointment arrived early, and she doesn’t want to keep her waiting. She leaves me to undress. The room is a small rectangle. The table runs along the length of the wall, opposite from the door. That entire wall is covered in mirrors. She instructs me to undress and lay down, gives me nothing to cover myself with, so not only am I exposed, there is a giant mirror image of my naked self as well. When she returns, she swung the door full on open, exposing me to the entire salon, which is right outside the door… THEN, she rushed through my brazilian and told me she didn’t have time to do my under arms. She told me to «go get a cup of coffee somewhere nearby, and come back in an hour». On top of all that, I hand her my groupon along with a twenty dollar bill (because I ALWAYS tip, and always on the full price amount of the service) and she had the nerve to ask me if I wanted change back from the twenty– Are you kidding me? As if I was going to tip her twenty dollars for what she had just done, plus her still owing me an underarm wax… (In case you’re wondering, her regular price for brazilians is $ 35 and I told her to keep $ 5)… I was hurried out, and didn’t even get to see my wax until I got home. It was the WORST WAX I’VE EVER HAD DONE. In addition to leaving me completely rashed up and irritated from the rushed job she did, there were several patches of wax left stuck to my skin, patches of hair she missed, AND WORST OF ALL: the strip of hair she left in front was both UNEVEN and OFF-​CENTERED (If she had given me proper service, I would have tipped more. If I had seen the botched and incomplete job she’d done prior to paying, I wouldn’t have tipped her at all)… I have been getting brazilian waxes for over ten years. My last esthetician recently relocated, and I am in search of someone to replace her. I use groupons to test new places out. This was unlike any experience I’ve ever had. It was completely unprofessional, and horrible. I will lose what I paid for my underarm wax, because I have zero intention of ever returning to that awful woman… If you’ve never had a wax before, do not go here. It would be a horrible first experience for you.

I made a next-​day appointment — no issues at all with scheduling.
Vicky is awesome. She got the job done quickly but thoroughly, and had her own techniques to make the wax as painless as possible for me, the customer/​victim. :) She helped me through it all with telling me when to breathe, talking to me, etc. The only thing I didn’t really like was the disposable thong to wear during the wax… this was a first for me. I think this helps her with separation, clean up, etc.
Check out was fast and she handed me a menu of her services that include waxing procedures and facials. Her special is $ 25 for a wax — amazing! Thanks, Vicky~

Had an appointment with Vicky for a Brazilian wax. Amazing experience. She is so nice. She is fast, efficient, and clean. And for the price that I paid $ 20 with my groupon, it was super excellent. I’ll be returning again and again.

Very happy with my wax. Vicky is extremely sweet and gets everything in those hard to reach places. Don’t be shy ladies, she will see everything and then some, but you’ll walk out a brand new gal. Pricing was extremely affordable. Felt very comfortable with her. Coming back regularly.

Also, you don’t have to wait weeks for an appointment. I called late Friday afternoon and I got a Saturday morning appointment — super fast!

That would be considered tip usually. Maybe because the section she has seems a bit odd. She has room but wish it was covered a bit because anyone walking around could see everything once the door was opened. She needs some sort of curtain.

I come here for bikini wax, viki is the best !!! I’ve gotten waxes before but not regularly. I was scared and I have a low pain tolerance but viki talked me through it and made me feel comfortable. Great person to come to for first time and I’ve come to her ever since !!! Thank you viki !!!

I called this location to take an appointment, and the man I had on the phone was very rude. I had some questions, and he cut me off stating that he had to go. I understand that he had someone waiting, but he could have taken my number and offer to call me back at a more convening time!
VERY POOR customer service. I will most definitely not call back, nor go there…
