Completely blew me off and made excuses why they couldn’t honor my groupon. Canceled my appointment 2 times and then tried moving it to a house in Suffolk county. Total hack and will Prob be out of business soon

I purchased 3 oxygen facials from Couture facials July 302013 for $ 119.00 of my hard earned money. Jessica who cannot be reached any way but texting has cancelled my appointments 4 times. Excuses… grandfather had heart attack… death in the family… traffic…fire in storefront next door to wantagh salon which effected the spa room. I must have been really trusting because I believed her first two excuses. Ok this is a SCAM Would you trust this person with your face. She is irreputable and now that I know where she lives Babylon/lindenhurst I will be making a personal visit to get my money back Of course that is when I can get off work since I have to actually work to earn money not just scam people. Very disappointed in Groupon for not checking out this fake. Zero Stars

Would rather give 0 stars for services NOT rendered but I see that’s not an option. Jessica, please do not open a business(and then link with Groupon) if you are not ready to handle a business. I took me almost a month just to get an appointment. Jessica seems to only work via text message(though I didn’t try email) and does not call back on voicemail so you better hope you are a texter if you want to do business with her. I got an appointment a month after first texting with Jessica. My appointment was three weeks later on the busy Saturday right before Christmas.(In that, I was busy and incredibly agitated after she wasted my time.) I received a text message about 3 hours before my appointment saying that Jessica was cancelling all her appointments for the weekend since she was«going out of town» to celebrate her engagement from the night before. She would reschedule for the next weekend. Well, here I am, the next weekend showing up at the salon she operates out of for my appointment and Jessica is a no-show. Her salon«roommates» don’t seem remotely surprised and informed me that they would«text her and see if she’s coming in.» IF. Five minutes later, I’m told that Jessica said to call her. I stepped right outside to call and surprise: Jessica does not answer my phone call. However, she just so happens to have her phone in her hand to send me a text message saying that she texted me this morning at 9am(negative, but nice try) and that(in her spelling and punctuation): «I had to move all my apppinments down to this afternoon? I can take you tommarow…» The women at the salon she operates out of seems to be not surprised at this situation and just stated, «Sorry. She just rents from us.» while someone in the back mumbled, «and we’re handling this…» Unfortunately for me, I have no desire to do business with someone like Jessica. Groupon got a nice lengthy complaint letter from me with my request for a refund. Above and below is Jessica’s. Jessica: If you’re going to do business solely via text message(which I do not suggest), take advantage of your autocorrect. Things I can understand: a lot of people bought your Groupon, so I may have to wait for an appointment. HOWEVER, when you cancel my first just because«surprise! I’m engaged» and are a no-show for the second, can’t make a phone call or apologize to a client, I am going to assume that YOU generally are not a good business owner and should consider another job. Here’s to hoping you’re marrying rich. Cheers.

ZEROSTARS! Just try making an appt here. Got the groupon for 3 facials, but between the numerous emails trying to get an appt, I gave up. Jessica Stephens/Demasi can’t manage her own clients, didn’t even apologize or bother to call after I asked for a refund, and for some reason, I’m still being harassed thru email and blamed for any miscommunication. Skip it and go to a real spa.
