I have never done a review for a company, however, I was so disappointed with this company I feel compelled. Without going into details, I had my bathtub repainted and in a little over a year it had already started to chip. 2 ½ years later it looks horrible and has big patches that are peeling off. Not very good customer service either! Would not recommend them!

Used company in 2006 when I moved in, had the entire bathroom done for $ 1000. 30 days later had them return to touch up a few spots. Overall I was happy. Jump forward to current, tiles were chipping around the grout line, dark grey underneath so it was very vi sable, total of 5 – 7 tiles affected. I called to have it painted again so I could list it for the spring with my Realtor, made a Saturday appointment, gave all my information and was given a price for simple repair and a full paint price if the tech felt it needed to be done. I was prepared for either, well all day sitting and waiting and they finally call. Oops, so sorry, unable to send someone to you since the girl you spoke to on the phone failed to ask me for a picture of the bathroom. ??? They did not need a picture for the $ 1000 job. The owner told me to disregard what the girl told me, she was not qualified to quote the job and she was doing her best… Do NOT Use this company, I lost time and now have to locate another company to do this job which means another day off of work and reschedule what plans I already have set… Great way to treat a returning customer! I live in a 800 unit complex, already sent in my posting for the news letter warning the other owners as well as posting on our Do Not Use board in the community room. One small job just cost them future customers.

DONOTUSETHISCOMPANY! Their technician locked me out my apartment after I specifically told them«NOTTOLOCKTHEDOOR» because the lock is broken and I don’t have a key. It cost me $ 150 to have a locksmith let me back into my apartment. Porcelain Industries refused to compensate me. And when I even offered to split the cost of the locksmith, they still refused to take responsibility saying that its my fault. Why would I tell him to lock the apartment if I knew the lock is broken and I don’t have a key!?! They are completely unreasonable and I will be disputing the charges.

I am still keeping 3 stars for the original job they did. The first guy that came did a great job! However one small thing went wrong. Our soap dish was loose in the shower. It came off a few days ago. We had a warranty for ONEYEAR I think it was. We called them hoping they might fix it. Different people showed up. They had their equipment went into the bathroom and called their boss. Their boss told them it was not their responsibility. So my husband got on the phone and asked if they could fix it. They said no after having told us on the phone that they could. He asked could you at least fix it for a price? The person on the phone was not interested in helping and was going to charge half of the entire bathroom cost to fix the soap dish. She obviously did not want our business because as my husband was trying to resolve this she put him on hold, the 2 workers who had her on the other line walked out. Very unprofessional.(it was not their fault it was the person on the phone giving them directions) I do not understand what went wrong. My husband was kind and courteous and just wanted to resolve the issue. She was ONLY interested in money. He did say it was a different person who he spoke to this time. So I guess it is all in who you deal with. But if a business is not consistent, I personally would not use them again. 3 stars for the first job which was in June. But it was not complete other wise it would not have fallen apart so easily. Also they did not want to honor their own warranty or even keep our business after having paid in full in cash and also after having given the original worker a generous tip. They just threw away not only a good customer but also we live in a community with many buildings where we could refer them to other customers. There was no reason for this! This was very short sighted of them and unprofessional.
