Well… we just experienced the Customer Service Manager, Sheila. I’ve heard customer service nightmare stories, but have never really experienced one of those stories until tonight. As this Customer Service Manager was checking us out a customer came up looking for help to make a return. Without looking at him she barked «Its at customer service!» He told her customer service sent him here and she replied «WHATEVER!» Then continued to check us out without saying a word, helping bag our purchases, or wishing us a good night. I just could not believe what I had just witnessed. When we left, that poor guy was still looking for someone anyone to help him. Some example this «manager“sets. Unreal. But if you are looking to feed an army, they have just what you need: gallon sized containers of peanut butter, ranch, syrup, pankcake mix, and tuna fish.

Take your vehicle elsewhere! I just spend 2 hours to get a tire plugged. It did only cost $ 10, but the time was ridiculous. The guy who worked on my truck was the only one who knew how to do his job. He kept getting called by everyone else. They had 1 qualified, 2 OK and 3 how don’t work on the cars. I watch people go on so many breaks and standing around B.S.‘ing. They kept waiting for the 1 guy to actually do the work.
