I always come to train and get everything out of my head and this is the only place where you can always. Call home away from home .This school has the best Jiu Jitsu, muay thai. Judo anything with mixed martial arts. Best place to be. In the whole state of Utah

Absolute MMA is the best thing that’s happened to me. The gym not only teaches you how to defend yourself but also creating bonds with fellow teammates. They teach you how to believe in yourself as well as trusting your team mates. Everyone treats you like family and always have your best interests in mind. The head trainers Rob Handley and Pedro Sierra always look for ways to help students reach their true potential. Not only do they teach but they are constantly traveling to different seminars to learn from other experts. They always believe in never ending growth and are always looking for new ways to teach their students. When it comes to the fight team Rob and Pedro are always constantly making sure that the fighter is well prepared to win. I’ve never met anyone that are so willing to teach you with patience as well as making you the best you!

I have been training at Absolute MMA for almost 4 years and as a result I have lost 70 lbs and am in the best shape of my life. I love how they push you to live a well balanced life inside and outside of the gym. My kids train there as well and they are consistently working out harder than most normal adults. They owners aren’t pushy, you can come in and try it out to see if it’s something for you.
