Jump’n Bounce

I went to the jump n’ bounce today (02÷13÷16) and I had a horrible experience! After already playing for a couple of hours I had a girl track me down to tell me I didn’t pay. Not to mention that I was extremely embarrassed, once I got back up to the counter she told me that the girl who previously charged me did it incorrectly. I asked to speak to a manager and she said «that’s me» and didn’t offer any apologies but said «I’m just doing my job» and gave me an attitude the entire time. To say the least it was the worst experience and I will never go back again.

Have had 2 birthday parties here — after the first party, I would have given this family owned business 5 stars (1 year ago). This month the birthday party was disappointing. Party room was booked for 1 hour, we had parents hanging out in the room after that and the young attendant came in and said «We need to clean this room out — we have another party at 2pm.» Sadly, we were there for another 2 – 3 hours playing and there was never another party in that room.
When we went to pay, Rebecca would not honor the coupon because it wasn’t printed ($ 20 off our $ 370 bill) — I asked why and she said they had internal theft and employees falsely applying the coupon. As a result, paying (repeat!) customers will be punished.
Will we be back to jump? Sure — our kids like it. Will we have another party there? No.

I brought my two daughters here for a fun day and it was just that, fun. The place is clean and the staff friendly. The only reason i didn’t give it 5 stars is because some of the inflatables have holes in them which means they dont inflate all the way. Not a problem if you weigh 35lbs but a problem when your 200lbs and I’m writing the review, not my daughters. I will definitely be coming back soon

Very cool place and my 2 year old son had a blast! Staff seemed to really keep the place clean and care about their job duties

The bounce houses were great, but they charged non-​participating adults a fee to «walk.» They also refused to let us bring in cupcakes, even after buying pizza, soda, and snacks. We had to eat them outside in the parking lot, and it was windy. Kangaroo Zoo and Jump Around Utah doesn’t have these policies.
