Bought 4 new iPhone 6 on a Thursday afternoon. I was greeted promptly by the assistant manager and checked into the queue to wait for a sales associate. The store was pretty busy, but they had at least 6 associates working. I waited about 10 – 15 minutes, but it gave me the time to look at the accessories I wanted. The sales associate was polite and very cheerful even though it was late in the day. They completed my transaction quickly and I was out of there in less than an hour. I thought that was pretty fast for upgrading 4 lines. I’ve always gotten much faster and more courteous service at the West Lafayette store than I have at other AT& T stores.

no matter how friendly you are you cannot compensate for how long those lines were although they almost do
very nice employees, they need 5X as many though

Rude employees and MANAGER. Went to the one in lafayette got 10x better service and way more organized. I am never stepping foot in this store again. Their loss since I get a new phone every year and not through AT&T next. Reported this location to corporate as well. Hope they go under new management.
