The west lafayette dominos has one of the worst customer service i’ve experienced with a dominos before. They have employees that do not know what they are doing. They blame the mistakes of the employee on the customer while being very rude. would definitely order from papa johns instead.

Ordered a half-​and-​half veggie pizza and got a meat pizza instead. Apparently it was not a case of someone else’s pizza mistakenly given to me. How one can mess-​up with the toppings especially in an online order is beyond me. When I explained the issue, the store employee answered very rudely as well. Not even a half-​hearted apology. Terrible service. Not ordering from this location ever again.

This dominos pizza is clean, friendly and has good service. Over winter break, there was a wonderful online deal when all pizza orders was half off. I would recommend ordering pizza online, and signing up for their rewards program in order to gain points. Online, there are coupons and more convenient to order. Service is on time and they hold true to their word. Quality of pizza is good and there are a variety of types of pizzas.

I have been a Domino’s user for several years, and was disappointed to see that the delivery person was very rude. I went to the dorm lobby to pick it up, and the delivery guy was not there. I left to go buy a soda, and was gone for maybe three minutes. When I came back, the man was there, asked me if I had ordered the pizza, and told me he was on the verge of leaving. This struck me as rude, so I elected not to tip the man. When I signed for the pizza, he sarcastically responded with «Well gee. I am sorry you were unhappy with my service!» I was unable to get the man’s name. The pizza was great, but the service was not. Unfortunately, I will likely not order from this store again.

This is one of the best pizza places around Purdue, I have always been a big fan of their chicken habanero sandwich and the regular pizzas. The new chicken bites are also quite good it seems. They also serve fast, and the staff has always been very nice to me.

Never book online, it takes them forever to deliver!!! I have ordered twice here, the first time I waited 3 hours and after I called they told me they forget my order. The second time I waited more than 2 hours and called them, this time it went worse they don’t even respond to the freaking phone call!!!

Ordered some regular and thin crust pizza. All of it came regular style. Called them up and they sent two more correct pizzas within 20 minutes. They made a mistake but took ownership of it and made my night! Both pizzas were good, and I was glad they brought me the correct one, because I didn’t know how good the thin crust was there. Really appreciated the help and they were very easy to deal with. And the second delivery guy didn’t want a tip so I had to practically throw my $ 3 at him. It was funny.

I get carry out from them once and a while. The pizza is always ready when they say it will be and I’ve never had any problems. The pan pizza is really good too.
