The store has a good variety of products, and is in a convenient location. The main problem is that it’s overpriced.

Did an online purchase and received a crack in one of the cups I ordered! Called to get a replacement and it was very easy. Loved everything else that I received. Yes this is over priced but that is how it is for any college or trademarked gear!

I’m not sure why this place gets a bad reputation. It is a standard college bookstore. The text books are overpriced and so is the merchandise but you know what you’re getting into before you walk in the door

This place is way overpriced. They take advantage of poor college students simply because they can. They charge more for their books than other bookstores and then pay you less money, then the other places do, when you go to sell back the books. One semester, I took all of my books to both Follett’s and then to UBS and wrote down how much each was willing to give me for each book. Follett’s offered significantly less than their competition. Once I found this out, I never came here again. College students get nickled and dimed for everything. Why put up with a store that intentionally screws you because they know that they can get away with it. Take your business to the bookstore across campus or go online and buy them. Don’t go here. It’s not worth your time or your money.

Overpriced, overpriced, overpriced. I was one day late for returning a rental, they wouldn’t take it back, and then they sent me to collections.

Its just another college bookstore, sort-of. Its not owned by the university. To be honest, its only good for buying an iClicker, or a CPS Pad or class materials. If you’re smart, buy your textbooks online. Like every other bookstore they’re far too overpriced and they pay you almost nothing for your textbooks. They do have a Dairy Queen attached to the store though.
