Happy Hollow Park

This is a fabulous place to hike, cookout, take pictures, toss a frisbee or play on the playground! We take our dog here at least once a week because the paved trail is perfect for tiring him out.
It is fun to see all the running water after a big rain, but since it is a paved path you get to stay out of the mud. It’s about 2 miles up and back from the main parking area to the top where it hits a neighborhood. There are a few shorter trails jutting off to one side or another as well. Usually pretty busy here, especially in the fall when the leaves change!
There are restrooms (actually legit bathrooms!), picnic tables/​shelters with grills, a really nice playground and parking. Just a beautiful and well-​kept park in the middle of neighborhoods!
