This nasty horker arrived hot but is a pasty chewy under cooked crust and even though I paid for extra cheese it was sprayed on in a patina i actually spate it out and tossed this 20 dollar plastic rip off in the trash!

Mediocre pizza. Same from location to location. They do have a buffett option. I was disappointed that they won’t let you use online specials in store, so it’s cheaper to order online than in store. Good location.

Placed a $ 30 delivery order and the delivery guy acted annoyed when I handed him a $ 50, the only cash I had, and he only had a $ 20 and a couple $ 1s. How am I supposed to tip on that? When the food was delivered, the cheese wasn’t in there. I quickly tried calling the delivery driver to see if maybe it was in his delivery bag. He ignored my call. I called the store. They acted annoyed as well. Sorry, but even if it’s only cheese dipping sauce, I wanted it to be a part of my meal, so I’m going to be unsatisfied when you forget it. The manager never apologized and said he would credit my account for the sauce. How are you going to credit my account when I paid in cash? Some better customer service needs to be learned at this Pizza Hut location. At least know how to apologize.

They key to maximizing value from an all-​you-​can-​eat buffet is go on a Monday (double-​punch card day) and lunch. It’s busy and there’ are many varieties of pizza that turnover fast. My favorite is the buffalo chicken pizza. That mean’s you’ll be the most variety right out of the oven. The salad bar is often overlooked but a good addition to the pizza buffet. Nice fresh salad toppings.

The customer service at this location is absolutely terrible. Avoid this location.
There was an error in the pizza created for me, and the shift manager told me that I was confused and that she created what her system told her to. This was clearly incorrect. She invited me, with attitude, to bring in the pizza with my receipts. I did. She refused to apologize or admit error. No one offered a coupon, refund (partial or whole) or even an I’m sorry. She asked us to leave the store when I told her she had abysmal customer service and was handling the situation incorrectly.
