How can I not give my alma mater five stars? I enjoyed all of my time at ‘Ol Purdue, and still enjoying coming back and walking the beautiful campus.
West Lafayette isn’t Bloomington and it doesn’t pretend to be. Besides, there are some really cool things that go into having your landscaping designed by engineers. Did you know that the engineering fountain is part of the cooling system for the nuclear reactor? Did you know if you stand in the middle of the cobblestone circle in the middle of the grassy hills between the Union and Heavilon Hall and clap your hands, that the sound that comes back to you is a squeak? Yup. Thanks, engineers!
