Excellent customer service. Dawn Bonebrake is one of the nicest sales reps I’ve ever encountered. She helped me pick out outfits, was kind and helpful, and let me know about promotions, etc. Because the computer system was delayed, she sent me a letter of apology in a very class, old-​fashioned manner. I haven’t had too many occasions to buy clothes recently, and when I next went in, she was not working. I’m writing this review to find a way to thank her. I am really happy that Talbots has such nice workers, since it’s one of the few clothing retailers in town.
