Okay, now I see what all the negative reviews are about. This Walgreens uses what I consider«bait-and-switch» tactics in its pricing. Walgreens’ website clearly lists prices and in-store availability. But when you get to this store, the actual prices can be 15% or 20% higher. What’s worse, for some of these items, this store does not seem to display prices. So you won’t discover the jacked-up pricing until you’ve already purchased the item and look at the receipt. I’m sure this is legal(there’s even a disclaimer on the website), but in my personal opinion it’s unethical and makes me wonder what other boundaries they cross. Furthermore, this makes it impossible for me to research items or plan shopping trips. Although CVS’s website has a similar disclaimer, in my experience they are honest and upfront about pricing. I’m not a major fan of CVS, but at least I’ve never ever observed any sort of bait-and-switch pricing discrepancy at their stores. Therefore I can’t recommend this Walgreens. Best to do your shopping at the CVS across the street, or the Walmart right down the road. I will not shop at this Walgreens again, unless I absolutely cannot find an item anywhere else.

The nighttime manager Laurie P. is the most lazy and rude employee I have ever seen in all of my customer service career. I have no idea how she got the job at Walgreens let alone a management job. Seriously, this place is(probably already has) going to be losing so much business because of their lack of customer service skills. And all of this coming from someone who is obsessed with Walgreens.

Walgreens supports Apple Pay, unlike competing stores which block the competition for their own mobile payment solution.

I’m so disappointed in this Walgreen’s and will continue to shop across the street at CVS rather than subjecting myself to the incredibly poor customer service that this Walgreens is known for. I brought in pictures for one hour photo, I was given the time of 7pm for pick up. I got back at 7:30pm to pick up the pictures. After several minutes of standing at the counter waiting for the woman to finish her tasks(which didn’t happen) I asked if my pictures were ready. She said no, I told you to come back at 7:27. I indicated that it was now actually 7:30, and she said yeah it will really be closer to 8pm. All this while she continued to perform other various tasks behind the counter without ever making eye contact. The complete lack of understanding for customer service was astounding. I decided to wait a day to go back as I couldn’t stand another encounter with this individual. I get there today and there are 2 women behind the counter, one is checking out a customer and the other is kneeling on the ground with her head on the counter complaining about how long the day has been and wondering who is coming in next shift. Without even looking at me she wanders off in search of who knows what and leaves the other woman to check the customers out. Even the woman who checked me out seemed less than enthusiastic about the process. All of these encounters made me feel like I was a massive inconvenience. I always like to be accommodating and so will not inconvenience these women ever again.

This is positively, without a doubt, the WORST pharmacy I’ve ever been in. Probably the worst store, period. All they had to do was put a box into a bag for me, not even count pills, and it took 4 hours the first time, 6 hours the second time and 6.5 hours the third time. I went to the drive through and they just let cars wait at the window for their prescriptions; as long as it takes! I was waiting behind someone for 15 minutes before I went inside. While I waited inside, I saw that same car sit there for another 20 minutes with other kinds lined up behind, maybe with their items already ready. Aside from the ludicrous waiting, the staff have been exceptionally rude. I tried to be as polite as I could possibly be, so much so that I felt like some fake southern belle on a Lifetime movie, when I asked if it was a particularly busy time and if I should try a different time of day next month. The woman said, in a very snotty voice, «It’s only been ten minutes.» I wasn’t talking about since I was waiting in line to talk to her!!! When I clarified that I meant since I first put in my prescription, before I did needless errands in the area to wait, she said, «Well what time was that?» Do the math!!! I said it had been six hours; so, now minus six hours! This Walgreens is so unbearable that it has become a benchmark that my friends and I use to describe other things. «Keeping up with the Kardashians is the Lebanon Walgreens of television.»
