I have used Cascade Summit since 2004, and they are great. The clothing have consistently been cleaned to high standards(never dingy or marked). More important, on the rare occasions when there have been issues(over twelve years and hundreds of shirts and clothing it is only a matter of time) Jeannie, Sarah and company have dealt with the issue professionally, courteously and fairly. I highly recommend Cascade Summit, both for pick up and for direct service. Erich’s tailoring is very good and quick as well.

Very courteous, friendly, and my shirts come back perfectly pressed. They even replace for free, broken, cracked, or missing buttons. Great one day service.

We just moved to the area and gave this place a try. Hopefully previous reviews were utilized, as everyone I’ve met and dealt with on drop off/pickup has been great and welcoming. Quick turnaround and reasonable prices have been great so far!

I’ve been coming here for a while now. I really haven’t given this establishment much thought, until I looked on Unilocal to find their phone number and read the previous review. I drop clothes off. I pick clean clothes up. the last reviewer is correct about the customer service. the young lady behind the counter isn’t very consistent with her service. sometimes you’re greeted with a smile and a «how are you?», other times it seems like she can’t be bothered to even acknowledge your existence. that gives me the impression that the«sometimes smile» is not very genuine. an interesting tid bit of information that I was told, was about their«starching» methods. they offer 4 levels of starch. heavy, regular, light, and no starch. I’ve always preferred a light starch. the young women tells me their starching is more of a toggle switch. when I ask for light starch, that means no starch. what’s the point of offering levels if it’s either starch or no starch? heavy and regular means you get starch. light and no, equals none. I was told this only after I commented on a shirt I had cleaned, saying they went really light on the starch this time. is it a big deal? not really, but it doesn’t give me the impression of honest business practice either. almost makes me wonder what else is being with held. that being said, they have neve

The young gal working there has never been friendly. They don’t even list/post there prices. That should of been the first clue that it wasn’t the place for me. When you ask them they act like what??? I am new to the area and wanted to find a cleaners close to me. But, I will just travel back to Milwaukie area.
