CompRite Computer And Smartphone Repair

I went to this service as Comprite. I feel that I wasted my money. They seem to have a high rotation of employees, so the clever guy who was there when I first went in, was no longer there a few weeks later. Instead, two other newbies were there. Smart enough but I didn’t get the impression they understood what I was talking about. I took it to a different location, where one of the people from the West Linn location, in fact the brother of the clever guy, did pretty much nothing. Yes, I think he backed up my hard drive as requested. But the computer runs still very slow. He did exactly what I would have done on my own, or what my subscription tech support would have done, but charged me upwards of $ 200 for it. So I can’t recommend going there unless you have a very simple problem.

They really know what they are doing!!! They are my go to place for all computer needs and they fix more than computers. iPhone screens, iPad issues, PC & Mac upgrades. I highly recommend them over any competitor.

Went to get my iPhone screen fixed here about 3 months ago. I did notice it had a bright spot on it when I got it home, but didn’t think much of it. I put a screen protector on it as soon as I got the new screen. I’m guilty of dropping my phone on a regular basis.
Within the past few weeks, I noticed my screen wasn’t responding like it should, it was pushing weird buttons, etc. I went in to ask them about it and he said I needed another new screen. Like I said, I do have a screen protector and a case. I never dropped the phone on its face, but I probably did drop it here and there, so who’s to know if it was my fault that it stopped working or if it was because the screen they put in was low quality?
Anyway, the guy there was nice enough to waive the cost of labor and just charge me for the part on the new screen, so I’d say that’s a good compromise. He also originally told me he’d need to keep it overnight, because I brought it in late afternoon, but he was able to get it repaired within a few hours.
Hoping this new screen lasts a bit longer! Fingers crossed.

Every time I come to comprite, whether it be for fixing or selling computers, I receive excellent customer service! They are helpful, professional, and always do a good job. I will most definitely come back in the future for my electronic needs.

Visited for the first time today and was very pleased. My son had dropped his iPhone, damaging the LCD display and leaving in unable to be used. acute technology withdrawal for a 14 year old! They ran diagnostics on it, and replaced the screen within an hour, and for $ 40 less than the Apple Store.
They offer a 60 day warranty if the problem reoccurs.
I dealt with Eric, who was very helpful and professional. He also suggested a more durable tempered glass screen protector, to hopefully minimize any further mishaps!
I highly recommend this shop!

This company fixed my wife Apple iPhone 6 in 45 min under $ 100 less… what I would pay for deductible.
They installed new SSD-​hdd and now my 5 years old Mac runs like a work horse. This guys are definitely on my top list. I will recommend them to all my family and co workers.

…Every time… Excellent experience. A visit here is ALWAYS worth the «convenience» of being closer than the BIG box stores. All their services are reasonably priced and they do care about their customers in All around ways and shape or form. Roman (tech) emailed me last week and ask how are my (MacBook Air) doing after repair. So far so good no complaints !!!

I went in to Comprite the other day to ask a few questions about my iPhone and the staff there was really helpful. I learned a lot from them. I had more questions than I realized and the manager was more than happy to answer them. I will be going back for all my tech equipment needs. They specialize in repair, but also sell printers, TVs, iPad and iPhone covers, and an assortment of other electronics. It’s great to see electronics for sale in our little town of West Linn!
