My experience with Sherry for my peel was positive. She was kind, skilled and quite knowledgable. A year later, after trying an overwhelming number of times to make an appointment and to get some basic pricing info to no avail, with a very unhelpful and rude receptionist as my last interaction with the business, I’m sad to say things at PSA have seemed to change. I was also quite saddened to find the owner, Sherry, unresponsive when I attempted to inform her of my poor experience. It’s a shame when talent and terrible customer service get mixed up like this. Treat your customers with some care and respect!

I had my 1st ever Fraxel treatment here and could not have been happier!
The staff here is friendly, professional and most important highly skilled and passionate about improving your skin. Well stocked with a variety of results oriented products as well. All reasonably priced.
Fraxel can be a bit painful, but Debbie took her time, explaining the whole process in detail and keeping me comfortable the entire time. I had only a few hours of downtime. She sent me home with instructions and product samples to speed the healing process (no pressure to buy).
Best of all my skin looked beautiful 3 days post treatment and continues to improve — its younger looking/​tighter, more refined, brighter and my pores look smaller. Thank you PSA!
