Paid $ 35 for a small and medium pizza which is pretty outrageous(so I was expecting a pretty decent pizza)… I live less than a half mile away and it took an hour to be delivered, pizza was cold, the crust was soggy, toppings were scarce, and we specifically ordered no mushrooms, yet that was about the only topping that we got overloaded on. Entirely too overpriced for this low of quality. Will not be ordering from them again.

I love the pizza here. The problem is with their delivery. It’s so hit and miss we never know what to expect. There have been times in the past year that a pizza I ordered online never got delivered. The last two times I placed an order to be delivered at a specific time they were delivered 45 minutes early. When I call there is never an offer to comp another pizza, which seems strange to me, especially for the times that the pizza just never showed up. Several years ago these issues never happened. In fact you could set your watch by their prompt delivery. Now it’s impossible to know what to expect. Tonight they actually delivered the wrong pizza. It’s so discouraging to think that now I have to go online and write a pissy review AND I probably need to follow up with a phone call. Neither of which contribute to a nice evening at home.

Im going to start out by saying that I was a little worried… after reading some of the reviews on here… AND Im going to say my review might be a bit skewered because of the EXCELLENT service we received last night… First… ok… yeah… maybe the place needs a couple new chairs but hey. its a pizza joint ! whats the big deal??? A couple of chairs are FAR outweighed by everything else EXCELLENT about this place. So… I called a week ago and spoke to a really nice guy about booking the ‘party room’ for my daughters(co-ed) baby shower. He was really nice. They had the room(Lions Den) available for 6p — 10p on the night I needed. Yay! Then, My daughter WROTE on the invitations«6−10p dont be late’. Uh oh. That gave me no time to set up. so I popped by the restaurant(I also wanted to take a look at the room to see what size the tables were etc) and the guy I spoke with Remco(I think that was his name) was SOOOO nice… and said that I could come in early. no problem. Oh Phew! So — last night I arrived at 530p — and they had the video on THEBABYCHANNEL for me! How sweet is that??? They had fans in there so that if it got hot, we could turn them on(which we did). There were lights up on the ceiling to make it look festive and there were even a couple of baby high chairs ‘just in case’ we needed them. Now THAT was thoughtful! My daughter in law and I started setting up and then the guests started arriving and I went out and ordered the pizza. Remco was really helpful and said I could run a tab with a code word so that anyone who wanted to have the salad bar could… and then he gave us several pitchers to bring in the room along with cups — that made it so much easier and took a weight off my mind! It took only about 15 minutes for 3 extra large pizzas to be brought into the room… along with all the plates… and the pizzas were GORGEOUS! YUMMY! cooked PERFECTLY! And then we had the baby shower. And everyone had such a wonderful time! The room was great! It has its own bathroom(with a changing table even… which was great because my grandson was there and needed changing a couple of times) and unlike the Oregon City party room where everyone can see you in the party room because its just right there in the middle sort of, the Lions Den is tucked away in the corner in an actual room — so you really are ‘Private’. It was GREAT! At one point I needed hot water for my grandsons formula bottle. and they were so accomodating and able to provide that as well. :) I was really impressed with the food and particularly impressed with the service. I would recommend this Round Table absolutely! Something I wanted to mention — is that the Party Room is FREE. I searched high and low for a low cost venue for the baby shower because my place is too small to hold so many people and I didnt want my daughter to have to clean up the mess when she is so pregnant(8 ½ months). You cant find anything like that in Oregon City or nearby without paying an arm and a leg… so to have somewhere that is ‘decorate — able’ which is not only FREE but with the food RIGHT there at our fingertips SERVED to us by really friendly staff and all the amenities we need was truly a boon! I give The West Linn Round Table and A+ most definitely! I forgot to mention its in a small shopping center so there is tons of parking. particularly at night when we were there. which was also wonderful!

ordered a med pizza with extra sauce, showed up 30 mins later was not even made yet, the guy in front of me ordered 2 pizzas and they where both wrong, the crew working did not sem to know what was going on and the female employee was more worried about her texting then helping out, when i did get my pizza they forgot the pepperoni, and sauce. they offered a remake or take it for free, i could not take anymore of watching the circus so left and well now find a different location.

How disorganized! I used to love this place but lately it’s not worth it. Ordered a pizza and salad online, after over 1 hour waiting I called them to ask about it and they said they had no record of it, the guy said he would transfer me to his manager and after a long wait on the phone I gave up. My husband finally went there in person and had to wait to get a new pizza but by then, they had run out of salad. So he came back with the pizza only. The manager apologized and told him they would refund me the full amount for the order. After we are home eating our pizza, no joking, the door bell rings and it’s them delivering us the pizza and salad. About 2.5 hours later than the original order! And to make things even worse, the pizza they delivered was not even the right one! Such a joke! Needless to say, I still have not gotten my refund and at this point I won’t even bother because I know it will just stress me out even more trying to deal with them. I really don’t know how they will stay in business…

With only two customers in the restaurant, one would think that a small pepperoni pizza would only take a few minutes. Evidently not. You would also think that with it being so slow, the place would be clean. No. Half of the tables had dirty dishes on them. I want to support local businesses but not this one.

So sad… lived here for 25 years… my buddy grew up here and worked at RT in the 80’s…we are VERY familiar with this place. always LOVED their food… don’t care that its a little run down, adds to the ambiance. BUT, since the ownership change and the new waste of a manager, the place has literally gone in the you-know-what. 45 minute EXTRA wait for the wrong and or poorly made food, manager busily offering refunds and free beer to the customers that gripe, I sit quietly(pissed off) and get offered nothing… amazing. WTH people? I am self employed and UNDERSTAND the value of customer service. We will, sadly, not be going back. With the closure of El Ranchito in Lake Oswego, this makes BOTH of my favorite local restaurants dead ;o(

Took over an hour to get her and was cold when it arrived. If you want pizza for lunch from here, order it around breakfast time.

Pizza was promised after calling in the order at 6:43pm. Checked in and waited an additional 35 minutes. Would’ve been faster to come in and order(maybe). After finally getting my order of a Triple Play pep pizza I notice there was hardly any pepperoni on the pie. Two slices had only 1 pepperoni on them and this is supposed to be a triple play mind you. This is not the first time this has happened. The last time we called in an order and I came to pick it up, they forgot to make it and I waited an additional hour before it was ready. This place sucks and has really gone down in flames. Never again will we order pizza from here. Evidently the Knights have left the Roundtable.

We ordered their«Triple Play» special. No one in our household was impressed. There was very little sauce and the toppings were scarce. I understand that things rarely compare to the pics in an ad but this was seriously a dissapointment.

We’ve lived in West Linn for 10 years or so. Round Table is just down the hill and while the kids prefer Bellagios the adults will sometimes overrule and get RT for old times sake. I gotta say, this is the most hit and miss RT I have been to in my 50 years! They will often forget something, they will omit something or the website will say that our order will be ready at a certain time and then we we get down there to pick it up they haven’t even started it yet. At least one of these things occurs probably 40% of the time. Tonight we ordered the same thing we always order so it was fairly easy to tell something was different. «This is dry» my wife says. «Why…yes it is» I say as I’m lifting up the cheese and discovering that they neglected to lay down any sauce. We were willing to overlook that half of the crust was terribly burnt but no sauce? That’s it. Game over. The kids were right … RT sucks… at least this one does and I’m done communicating with them because I have been trying to do that for years and it’s never gotten better in all this time. Bellagios or anyplace else from now on.

This location is broken down and over hyped. However, the pizza is classic Round Table(which always has that special spice). It is spicy, but in a way that is compelling for kids. We decided to take my son there for his birthday. Growing up myself with Round Table, it was always a kid friendly experience. The pizza was good, but ALL of the arcade games were broken down. None of them worked. I was heartbroken for my kiddo who had been saving up his money to play games. Travis,(the manager of this specific branch), was amazing. He spent about ten minutes trying to get a arcade game to work for the us. He apologized to my son for not being able to fix the game even though it was clearly broken beyond his control. I would avoid Round Table for a family fun destination but if you are just picking up a pizza for take out, go for it!

I probably give this rating partially out of nostalgia. I grew up in a pizza-poor area, and when a Round Table came to a nearby town, it was life-changing for us high school kids. Decent pizza and a great place to hang. Fast forward nearly 40 years. I still like the flavor of the pizza. I give kudos to this location for its friendly service, consistent quality, and the freshness of its salad bar. Thanks, Round Table, for getting it right!

This is the worst how do you send burnt food to someone and just act like it’s okay all my boneless chicken was burnt so bad that I couldn’t believe they any competent person would have sent it out

The pizza itself is pretty standard quality Round Table pizza but I have to tell you the staff here is AMAZING. How in the world can a location have such an outstanding staff? Whatever they are doing in the training, they are doing right. However they are treating their employees, they are doing it right. Whatever they are paying their employees, they are doing it right. My hat is off to you fine folks running the West Linn Round Table Pizza, your crew cannot be beat! I would seriously bypass the Round Table Pizza near me to enjoy the service here again, and the ones near me are solid as well — I cannot complain about the service I have ever received from them. It is just that the service from the West Linn Round Table was WOW. Yep one word, three letters, WOW.

Expensive for pizza(still not expensive per person though), and also really really good. Tasty, quality toppings; excellent crust; good sauce; the cheese mix is perfect for flavor and texture. Top-notch service — I had a slow order once, slow enough I was considering complaining about it. I didn’t, because it arrived at my table with profuse apologies and a coupon for a free pizza the same size the next time. Good service is that important to them — they didn’t wait to see if I’d tolerate it. Haven’t tried the salad bar and can’t comment on it. It’s a bit of a drive for us, so we don’t go often, but when we want treat-level pizza, it’s a good choice.

Outdated interior and expensive prices, but if you want good pizza and customer service this is the place to go! Round Table is a classic. Of course you can choose a more modern slice, but I have yet to find a joint with such a delcious recipie. My only suggestion would be to update the atmosphere.

Wow, this is really bad pizza. But I do think the staff was doing their best to make this a nice spot with what they have to work with. This place’s bread-and-butter trade is to host parties. We almost went last weekend, but found out there were eight other kids’ soccer/football/birthday parties scheduled for the same time. I made a reservation for our group on a mid-week evening and they held tables for us, which was cool. Also, if you call your order in 2 hours before your party they give you free drinks and your pizza is ready when you arrive. Highly recommended since others in our group had to wait a long time. It really reminded me of the pizza places I went to as a kid in the 70s/80s. The carpet and booths gave me major flashbacks. It was clean, but they had a sorry set of video games. I think the pizza world has passed this chain by… they can’t charge $ 40 for a couple of pizzas when there are so many better options around. Make a choice, are you gonna be cheap or good? By comparison, I think I even preferred Hungry Howie’s pizza — didn’t think I’d be saying that anytime soon.
