What a great park. We have called Wilsonville home for a while and love their parks too but we are moving to West Linn and wanted to find closer parks. We love the parks on the river but this one has a great open field, a great kid playground and a very nice little water pad. All in all, we are very happy with this park, of course I can see it getting busy and we will try to avoid to many kiddos there at once but again, great park.

This is a great park for all ages. Lots of great play structures, a splash pad area, tire swing, baby swings and regular swings, basketball and a picnic area. Would be a fantastic place to have a birthday party. Thumbs up from my 2 and 5 year old.

We love playing at Tanner Creek Park. It’s one of the busier parks in West Linn which my son likes. There are two play structures for big and little kids. There are also tennis courts, basketball court, walking trail, large grassy areas, a covered picnic table area, and best of all they have a fun splash pad which is on during the summer months. Also, we love coming here for the music in the park concerts in the summer!

Nice park for the kids — lots of open grass area for soccer or throwing a ball around; big playground; not much seating or park benches.

Best in early morning when not too many people are there. We go daily — when the weather isn’t too bad!

One of the best parks and playgrounds in West Linn. –The best skate park –The best play structure. Both in size and variety. Good for all ages. –Tied for best water feature(the revamped one in Willamette Park is fun too) Tanner Creek is home to the Music in the Park summer concert series and is a popular meeting place for families and teens all year round. West Linn is a mix of natural/traditional parks, best represented by Willamette and Mary S. Young, and new parks that have popped up in the newer housing developments that are much more state of the art. Tanner Creek has a nice covered structure for parties, tennis and basketball courts, and large grassy fields. The only thing that is missing is river access. That is why most of my time is spent at Willamette Park.
