I have never written a Unilocal review, but I feel like this Audi dealership deserves it. I just recently leased an Audi Q5 and the entire experience was top notch. From the moment we walked in we felt comfortable and at ease. I honestly never realized that there were car dealerships out there like this one. I didn’t feel like I was taken advantage of or pressured, like I usually do when walking into a car dealership. There was no BS… It didn’t take hours… they made us an offer that we couldn’t refuse and there was an aura of professionalism and excellence out of the employees. From Chloe, to Sam Mandarine to Frank Merlino to Octavio Escada… they were all outstanding. They are knowledgeable, classy, and warm. Even down to the Audi sweater vests that they all wear… they make you feel like they stand behind their cars and are passionate about the brand. If anyone is debating about going with an Audi, check these guys out. I just traded in my Toyota Highlander lease and was almost going to get another Highlander… then on a whim, I decided to look at an Audi (I’ve always loved them)…I’m so glad I did. Once you move into the luxury car brand, it is going to be difficult to ever go back! I also looked at another luxury cross over just to compare… but this Audi dealership and the Q5 really won me over.

Upgraded and got a brand new S5 thanks to my man Dan! Hes absolutely awesome and the reason why we keep coming back for more business thank you!

I live out of state and was considering the purchase of a pre-​owned Audi from Schneider + Nelson, due to the rarity of specs and build. The salesperson I worked with was Wayne Fanciullo, and his customer service was exceptional in every way. He took pics of the car I requested, spent time at work on his day off to wait for a shipping company that was delayed, and made the administrative /​paperwork process really simple. I appreciated his straightforward and honest but courteous and professional approach. Thanks, Wayne — loving my new ride!

Our S3 needed windshield washer fluid today & we happen to drive by this Audi dealer which we’ve never been to before. The service associate’s are very nice & helpful. Everyone was pleasant & they provided a great experience.

Purchased my Porsche 2005 Boxter S, 2013 Audi A6, 2015 Audi SQ5 and a used 2012 Ford Raptor from this dealer and have to say that the customer service there is top notch. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about but maybe it wasn’t the dealer’s fault or any of the employees. Just check out their DEAL​ER​RATER​.COM reviews and you’ll see for your self what I’m talking about. Looking forward to buying my next Audi there as well.

Wasn’t in here for very long, we can in a few minutes before 5:00 not knowing that they were closing soon. The receptionist was a heavy set and rude girl who looked annoyed that we came in. After coming in from Circle BMW close by where everyone was so friendly and offered wonderful service to the rude receptionist at the Audi dealership, I don’t think I’ll even bother calling them on Monday like the receptionist told us to do. If I decide to purchase Audi, I would rather spend my money at a friendlier dealer. (Sorry but as a small business owner, I am always happy to see a customer, even if it’s closing time)

I can see why there are such poor reviews. I called at 9am on a Saturday morning. Asked repeatedly for a finance manager or a sales agent. I could not get anyone live. Left several messages and no reply.
The receptionist, Elaine (Elena) was rude and not helpful. It’s a shame for them, because I went to another dealership and will be purchasing once me model ships in.

I had a great experience. I worked with Jesse, and everything went quickly and smoothly. The staff was very polite and responsive.
Note that they do seem to be very busy. Make sure to call ahead and make an appointment. I had everything sorted out through phone calls and emails, so they were ready for me. Jesse threw me the keys to test drive while he finished up with the previous customer (I showed up mcuh later than I told them), and 5 – 10 minutes later I returned and he was ready for me. The paperwork was all prepared, and I just had to sign and drive. I was in a rush due to a long drive down here in traffic. We literally test drove, changed insurance, signed the paperwork, and had Jesse give me a walkthrough of the car within 30 minutes.
They had the lowest price in the area by thousands, and beat my outside financing by a good margin. It almost seemed too good to be true.

I think it’s interesting that this dealership is so clueless about its competition. Gone are the days that you can treat people like crap! This was an awful dealership — the salesperson (it appears based on these reviews that there’s only 1!) would never return my calls, nor would the sales manager! Then the salesperson kept me waiting for 10 minutes while he made some personal calls to his doctor and his health insurance company. When he finally helped me, he lost one of my keys, and assured me he’d mail it the next day. It’s now been a week, and despite numerous calls, I still haven’t received it. He said he lost it — who does that? He treated me like I knew nothing about cars, and was quite demeaning. AWFUL experience. Can’t wait until the new Audi dealership opens on Rt 9!

Made test drive apt. In advance, drove 1 hour from NY. Upon meeting the «salesman» Dan Ebberupt, I was quickly asked, what do I drive now. I respectfully stated Id rather not discuss that now, but rather to focus on the car Id like. Quickly, I felt Dans temper starting to flare, he then took a look at my NY license and questioned: «dont they have any dealerships in NY»? Is this guy for real I thought to myself, and replied to him, «I can leave, thats no problem», he proceeded to give my license back and to kick me out of the dealership, mind you, I drove an hour for a scheduled apt. I then made sure he knew I would report this to his manager and AudiUSA, and left. 2 min later, he runs upto my brothers car, swings open the passanger door, where I was seated, and proceeded to arrogantly state, ok, cmmon, ill take you for a ride. I refused to deal with it and declined. Dan, a knock on the car door would be nice, and starting with a sincere apology wouldnt hurt either, but apparently, you do not understand your position in relation to the people who put food on your table, your customers. Please consider solving whatever it is that is bothering you in life, for to disrespect customers this way shows a lack of professionalism, integrity and intelligence. Your customers arent your subordinates!
I dont know why this dealership is keeping this guy around, but Id avoid this place at ALL costs, as keeping such people as employees certainly shows that the owner of this place lacks sound judgement as well.

Service is subpar and expensive. Since this Audi dealer is the closest to my home, I bring my car here when necessary but get much better prices at local places. They offered me a loaner car maybe once in the 7 years I’ve owned my Audi. Ignore the coupons in the mailings, as they told me in the past they aren’t the ones sending them. And forget about setting up appointments online for 5% off as advertised – they don’t call you back.

Schneider + Nelson seems to have a bit of a bad reputation for some reason, but I’ve had some pretty good service experiences there. Most recently, I found my service advisor (who shall remain nameless) to be very helpful, considerate, and above all, a good communicator, which is the most important thing. What he had to communicate wasn’t exactly music to my ears, but that was hardly his fault.
They have a liberal loaner policy, and in my experience, are able to fulfill their commitments in the timeframe they lay out for you. When something falls a bit short, or doesn’t quite happen according to plan, they forego the tap dance routine about «unforeseen circumstances» and so forth, and just give you the bad news, which I appreciate. But I find them to be extremely expensive for service, and I have a lot of past experience in that industry dealing with comparable products both professionally and as a consumer. Unfortunately, if you live and work in Monmouth or Ocean County, you’re not exactly spoilt for choice as to where you can have an Audi serviced. It basically comes down to either here or one of a handful of mom-​and-​pop-​type import specialists, and I just tend to trust the dealer more.
The one thing Schneider + Nelson does not do is take you for granted, or treat you as though you have no recourse other than using their services. They also do not treat you like a second class citizen if you purchased your vehicle elsewhere, and that’s refreshing.

Good luck being served at this place. If you are old and white then they will pay attention to you. If you look young and are nonwhite they give you a bunch of excuses to get ride of you. I was very disappointed with the serve here. All I wanted is an Audi and instead got a bunch of excuses why they can’t help.
