I went there before Christmas to look at carseats for my daughters. I needed to upgrade both seats, one from an infant carrier and one to a booster. The staff was extremely helpful– we had 3 people helping us that day. They were knowledgeable on the different brands and answered all my questions. We didn’t purchase right away but will be back. As we were walking around the store, we had 2 other employees as us if we needed help. I really like the layout of the store and found it easy to find things. I will be shopping there again. It is a nice alternative to Babies R Us.
