I walked in, had a 10 minute wait, which is fine. The staff was very pleasant, explained different products and choices available. I received a pedicure and gel manicure, eyebrow and lip waxing. Prices good. Tara did a fabulous job cutting and shaping. I had a great experience here. I have been trying to find a salon for a while, and this may be where I land. I’m very satisfied.

First of all only trash can they have is in the dump of a back room by the bathroom. Gross. I’ve been here twice and the second time was my last. I always go out to get my nails done with my girlfriend to have a girls day. She was getting a reg manicure I was getting an acrylic fill. I sat next to her while waiting for someone to get me started and I asked her manicurist if we could sit next to each other she said no problem. I also asked how much the service would be for me and she said $ 18. 5 minutes later I get a nasty tap on the shoulder with no words followed by the boss. He didn’t say anything and just walked over to a different station. I asked«I thought you said we could sit together?» And she didn’t say anything. This man didn’t say anything to me the whole time. Very unpleasant and no personality not what I want when I’m paying for a service. It’s time to pay after sitting in silence for a half an hour and he tells me it’s $ 25. I tell him how the other manicurist said it would be $ 18 and he said no. Instead of wanting to cause a scene I asked my friend for more money but good customer service after understanding I was told $ 18 and that’s all I had he didn’t offer to negotiate. Horrible horrible horrible.

decent prices, but my pedicure got screwed up right after so did my manicure due to the fact that the lady painted them way too thick and the nails just wouldn’t dry. This is the type of place that rushes you and i hate that!

Went in for a manicure. Girl cut me on 5 fingers at the cuticle, and then proceeded to paint the blood under the nailpolish, ensuring my nailbeds stayed red/brown for the entire time I kept the manicure on. She worked slowly, and the place is filthy. I only stayed and got my nails done because I was in a hurry. I can’t believe they haven’t been shut down yet for health reasons. DONOTCOMEHERE

They are the worst. I went in for LCN nails. I am not a fan of square nails so I asked for round. She insisted that she would make the nails round later on, so I shouldn’t worry that they were square. When she began to apply the gel, the nails were still very square and uneven. I asked and she said that I never asked for rounded nails, just for the corners to not be sharp. I said, that’s not true, I said I don’t like square. Rather than fix her mistake, she told me to come back in two weeks for a touch up and she could try to make them rounder. I informed her that I had an event in three days, which is why I was having the nails done. She rounded the edges a bit more, but the nails were horribly uneven and the she began to speak to the person next to her in her native language(I don’t speakit, so I am unsure what it was) and they began to laugh. My friend who was with me was appalled. Then she began to apply the color for a French when I had specifically said I wanted red. I asked her if there as any drawback to normal polish and she ran the sander over my nails, painted them, took my card and charged me. The nails are uneven, the color is bumpy, and I am leaving to go to a hopefully better salon. Please, don’t waste your time. The prices are good but you get what you pay for.

I was on a time limit one afternoon because I had an hour break in between work and then having to go back to work for a school function. Even though I called a few days in advance to make the appointment and even told them at Nails Limited that I was on a time schedule, things got messed up on their end. Unfortunately, the services were rushed but my manicurist still did a wonderful job. She repeatedly apologized over and over for the mistake on their end. Because I did not have time to dry my toes fully, two toe nails ended up smudging when I returned to work that evening. I immediately called up Nails Limited after the school function was over at 7pm and even though the place was closing, two people waited for me to get there so one of the women could fix my toe nail polish. I ended up being there until a little after 7:30 and the place closes at 7. It was so nice of them to wait for me and to fix my toe nails. I think they recognized the mistake on their end regarding double booking my nail lady and stayed late to rectify the situation. Very profession and customer-driven!
