I’m not sure what the other people are talking about, I found this to be a nice hotel. I’ve stayed here twice in the past month, and have been happy with my stays. The staff was friendly, the beds are sleep number beds(comfy), and the location is convenient to the interstate. It’s a little older than most radisson’s, but updated and well taken care of!

Spent a night there in one of their king bed rooms, and I came home to take a bath after we left and I noticed a black bug… turned out to be a bedbug. Never staying there again.

This place is a mess… I chose this hotel because for some reason, google reviews gave it a 4⁄5. This was a business trip and I needed a decent nights sleep in order to get to the customer early in the morning. Questionable Check-In I had 2 rooms booked. One for me and the other for my coworker. The girl at the front assumed we’d share a room instead of looking at her computer. She gave us key cards for 1 room and had to ask her to look through her system again to confirm I had reserved 2 rooms. There weren’t many people staying at the hotel on that Wednesday night. At most there were 20 vehicles in the parking lot, which could’ve easily handled 100+ There were better rooms that had balconies which overlooked the pools… but wasn’t placed there. We were put into 2 rooms which were extremely far apart from one another. I was placed in a room right next to the Interstate and didn’t get any rest that night. Unusual Directions: I then asked her if there were any places to eat near by. She told us, «yes, if you go down our drive and turn right, you will find a bunch of places to eat. You can also find a very good Italian place as well.» My coworker and I assumed this would be within walking distance or a 5 min drive. We were VERY wrong. We had to drive 15mins(55miles/h) to get to the nearest place. We drove around and around to find the Italian place but after 20mins of searching, we gave up and chose to eat at BWs. We didn’t find the Italian place until the next morning when we drove 20−25mins away from the Inn. Poor facilities. 1. The ceiling lights of the elevator shook/swayed excessively. It seemed like it would fall off at any time. The doors didn’t close for 3mins(no button as well)… this scared us and we chose to leave the elevator. 2. Hallway carpets looked old and need replaced. 3. One of the back doors leading from outside is broken. It didn’t require a card to walk in and the keycard lock/handle was hanging off. Room: Registered for a single king size bed. Had a king size and a double. The restroom is tiny. The door must be closed in order to use the restroom or take a bath/shower. Bathtub pain peeling all over. Wifi had password and once you connect it hardly works. Breakfast is also extremely expensive. Good things: 1. check-out was simple 2. there is a work out space 3. pool and hot tub look great.

My visit to the Park Inn was business in nature and as most people traveling for work, I chose a hotel with wi-fi. The hotel was supposed to be comparable to a Hampton Inn. However, it fell short. The hallways were dark, smelled musty and were very dated. The rooms while filled with relatively new furniture had old, musty carpeting, tiny bathrooms with dated fixtures and a distinct lack of insulation. The insulation is quite key when the band starts and you find yourself awake until 2AM. Perhaps, I could have overlook all of this and used the hotels wi-fi to get some work done, except the network is useless. There are 10 different hotspots to connect to and each is as disappointing and unreliable as the last. I could barely load a page without the spot I was using going down and I spent the night trying to guess which hotspot would stay working long enough to actually accomplish sending emails out. Calling the front desk was useless as they were unrepentant and without remorse. They simply advised me to keep trying different hotspots until one works. I must say if you are a traveler hoping to 1. sleep or 2. work, I would say to keep heading up the hill to the Hampton Inn, because the Park Inn certainly is not what you want.

The rooms are ok. The bar at night has the best dj! Oh yeah and the owners patented«The Club». Not sure why they need a lifeguard though…

Well… let me start this off with saying that I got on Hotwire and purchased a 2.5 start hotel that said it was comparable to Holiday Inn Express, Hampton Inns, etc… I THINKNOT. Check-in: went smooth — no problems. I could hear the music in the lounge going, so it peaked my curiosity… I will get to that in a minute. Room: Those rooms have been around for awhile — the carpets were worn and not as clean as I would have liked — just bits of paper and odds and ends, etc. in random areas — same goes with the carpet in the hallways. The bathroom was small but clean. The sheets on the beds were clean and the sleep number beds were fun to play with for a minute, but not a big deal. Lounge: Now this was an experience… we were thirsty so we made our way down to the dark, sparse disco lounge. The patrons of the disco lounge seemed to be locals. There were a handful of them there and a huge dance floor with little to no one on it. However, there was a bouncer at the door! He and the DJ looked pretty darn bored. The best part of the disco lounge was that they had Maker’s Mark, which did impress me. So we had a drink and went back to our room to get some sleep. I can’t believe that Radisson owns this — it is way below what I thought their standards were. And I don’t think I’ll trust Hotwire again either.

When we got to our room, my wife noticed that there was a used razor blade under the bed-skirt of one of the beds. Though I did need a shave at that point, I prefer to use my own razors or, assuming I have to borrow one, for it to be unused and not stored in a place I could step on it. We thought maybe this was a rare accident, and we went to the front desk and they kindly moved us to the room next door. Then in that room we noticed a tiny bug which looked pretty close to the Google-images pictures of a bedbug. When we called management they assured us it was no such thing, and the manager, now hanging about(a bit too comfortably) in our room, offered us a «complimentary breakfast» for our trouble. At that point, however, it was beginning to seem like a bad Quentin Tarentino movie, and we had not even seen yet what the third or fourth rooms had in store. So we ended up loading the kids in the car and driving through the night until we got to our holiday destination. While overall I am grateful for the low rates this hotel offered us via our third-party online negotiator, I gladly would pay an extra few bills next time for a room free of used shaving implements and bedbug-resembling vermin. Stayed December 2011

Usually you can count on a Radisson property to be decent. Not this one. I only stayed here cause I was tired and it was Saturday night and there were few vacancies in town. I called and was told there were no vacancies, said otherwise. I called back, explained I had been given a rate and availabilty at and was disconnected. I go in, Ipad in hand to show the rate was offering and the person at the front desk wouldn’t honor it until the front desk supervisor walked by and told him to beat the rate. Ok, I’m finally in. In front of every entrance I had to walk through a crowd of smokers filtering out from the hotels nightclub. Make them move! The sleep number beds were broken, it reeked of mildew, the shower was horrible and there was no breakfast. When I pay over $ 100 for a night I expect some upgrades. There are no blankets on the beds. Worst Radisson ever.
