I ordered $ 1200 worth of baby furniture here. When I placed the order I was told it would take 5 – 10 days to be delivered to the store. Over 3 weeks have passed now and nothing is in. I called the store to ask for an update and told my order was«Approved». Gee, thanks. I’m glad that me paying the $ 1200 in cash got it «Approved». When I asked the piece of crap woman on the phone what approved meant and when my furniture would be in she said«all I can tell you is your order is approved» and hung up on me.

Why, as a people, do we torture ourselves by visiting toy stores? I ask this in all seriousness. I came here because of the upcoming holiday season and my nieces of course got their hands on their catalog. Looking for the item was a bit mind boggling, not knowing where items are makes it that much worse to be in a toy store. Upon arriving here I went in and just kind of went where I thought it might be, of course I was wrong. Looking around for help wasn’t any easier than me looking for the items I was in here for. It was like the employees ran in packs here, you would find them all in circles talking amongst themselves. I could never find one employee stray from the pack, I literally had to go over and break up a pack to ask for assistance. Once I was able to ask my question as to where this particular item was I was shown a very small display in the middle of an aisle in the back of the store by baby clothes. I was also told that there would be more of this product by the Play Doh and given a point of the finger in a general direction across the store. I walked in that direction in search of Play Doh, remember I was not here for Play Doh, but now I’m looking for Play Doh in order to find my item. I knew it wasn’t in the clothing section, so that ruled out about half the store, but still, I had to navigate little kids and adults acting like little kids to find what I wanted. Once I had found my item I needed I headed to the registers. At the registers the item I picked ended up ringing up incorrectly. When I informed the cashier of this she got on the good old walkie talkie and had an argument, I eventually got the item at the price listed on the shelf. But only after they had to have someone else come over to override the price. Walking out I was very happy, only because I survived yet another experience I shouldn’t have to.
