One of the best FBOs when flying to Pittsburgh. Fuel is cheap, they have a crew car(A Jeep Compass) that they let you use for free on a first-come, first serve basis for a few hours. Landing fees are waived with fuel purchase. Overnight parking is $ 15 for a typical single engine plane. The staff is super nice; they have coffee, cherries and cookies for you inside and it’s so close to downtown Pittsburgh! There are two FBOs at AGC and every pilot I’ve talked to recommends going to Voyager for fantastic service. After my very brief flight there, I agree wholeheartedly! I can’t wait to go back and bring my wife for a Pittsburgh weekend getaway. It looks a little beat up, because as the previous reviewer mentioned… it’s housed in a double wide trailer, but the facilities are modern inside and they are doing some construction/expanding, so I have a feeling it will change quite a bit soon!

This FBO may not look like much on the outside considering it’s housed in a double wide trailer next to a cemetery, but once you are inside everything changes. This FBO is staffed by very friendly counter and ramp people and it is surprisingly nice inside. Two bathrooms with full showers and a couple of quite areas for the weary pilot or passenger are but a few of the nice touches here. Crew cars and cheap fuel make this the airport of choice when flying into Pittsburgh.
