Horrible! The personal needs of the chiropractor comes before the needs of the patient. No regard for the patient whatsoever! Appointments made 1 week in advance are not honored when the receptionist makes a mistake by putting in the wrong time of the appointment in the book (off by 15minutes) — no apology! No offer to try & fit the patient in… left the office in extreme pain!
