I was impressed the first time I went in there and upgraded from a small e-​cig to a bigger one with a tank. They sold me on the cheapest one they had because I didn’t need a big battery. I know you get what you pay for but I thought they would stand behind what they sell. I bought the E-​Smart, I thought it was great in the beginning so I went back and bought three more clearomizers. The first replacement didn’t work at all. The second worked just like the fist one. After I put the fourth one on it started leaking, so that’s half of the clearomizers where junk. The button on the battery started to stick once in awhile also. I went back today to return it (2 weeks later) and they wouldn’t take it back. I’m all about customer service! If you have good customer service I will shop there for ever if not I will NEVER go back. Who would? They don’t stand behind what they sell so if they sell you crap you are screwed.

This is probably the worst vape shop I have ever been to. Granted I am from California and grossly spoiled; if this was all I had access too, I would still be smoking cigarettes just like the «owner» of this establishment. I can only assume he is the owner based upon the way he was talking down to the other employee in the shop. Their juice selection was piss poor, mods bleh, but if your into cheap knock-​off cig-​a-​likes (like the kind you get at a gas station) this is your place. The place wreaked like stale cigarette smoke, and the owner did not seem to want to be bothered with my questions. When I asked him about why he didn’t carry any quality ejuice, he told me they are all the same anyway, just different labels. Whatever buddy. I pretty much was able to size this place up from the moment I walked in the door… this dude is not part of the lifestyle, he is just trying to capitalize on a trend. I wish I had more time in NJ to visit some other shops. Hopefully they are not all like this.

I live in Manhattan and travel to Greenwood Lake often. I discovered Vapelite while driving down the road so I stopped in. The owner is not only knowledgeable he doesn’t run his business like a head shot. He also has the best prices around. I’ve ordered both online and in the store. Though his web site says how long it will take to receive the merchandise I actually received it a lot sooner than expected. I’ve tried 2 other vape shops in NYC and they in no way compare to this store. Professional, knowledgeable, quality products, tons of flavors and fair pricing. That’s good business.
