The food is good despite you always have to wait for it even though it is just sitting there. Orange chicken is probably their best seller yet they don’t cook it in a high volume. It would make sense. I give 2 stars because of the service. It has gone down hill. It honestly gets worse and worse with every visit. Despite time of day, drive thru times are awfully long for it being a «fast food» place. Most likely because they are cooking orange chicken so you have to wait. Once you get inside to order, it seems like all the employees are only focusing on drive thru orders. So you either need to be a patient person for this place regarding customer service and wait time or plan on eating the food at a later time!

I have am at a loss as to where to even begin. I suppose I can start with saying that it is completely ridiculous that it took the employee working the drive-thru 10 minutes to take the simple order of the car in front of me… However after pulling forward later to retrieve my order only to see the employees behind the counter playing on their cell phones, it’s starting to make sense. All that aside, I understand paying an «up-charge» for ordering something with shrimp. What I don’t understand is why I payed $ 1.75 more for shrimp, and received a grand total of 4 pieces in my meal. I also do not understand why you advertise brown rice when 4 out of 5 times I’m told they’re «out» of it. One can only assume that if you’re «out» of something an hour after the restaurant opens, someone simply did not make it. This would have been nice to know when I placed my online order ahead of time, as I was expecting to receive what I actually ordered. Aside from its convenient location to my office, this establishment has nothing to offer. I will not be recommending or eating here again.

Was not open at 11am when the door was clearly marked that the drive thru is open at 10 a.m.

I am so disappointed that the Panda Express restaurants out here in the Midwest do not have Eggplant & Tofu(as they do in California). The healthier food, and growing vegetarian trends are not slowing down so it’s time for Panda Express to wake up to what people want to eat — more healthy options, especially around Wisconsin.

My partner loves Panda… like anytime he gets to pick where we eat we have to go. If you ask me, good chinese food is hard to find in MKE so I don’t even really mind Panda because I know there are a few things that I always like. You basically get a plate of a ton of food. My favorite thing to do is ask for half steamed veggies half brown rice. The steamed veggies make eating panda seem not quite as bad for me. So glad they added this to their menu. If you are trying to pay attention to calories they do a good job of posting the amount of calories per every dish which really help me make better choices. The staff is always friendly at this location. They will let you sample before making final selections and if they run out of a dish they will make one up fresh for you and bring it to your table. Looking for quick food… this is your place.

It’s been a long time since i came across a panda, not since my Ca days. But i was happy to come across this one which is great. i took stars off because the rice was very dry and so was the chicken didn’t realized that until i got home. But overall it’s fast food

Went there at 8 at night, sat at the drive thru for an easy 15 minutes just to hear hold on a minute. The food is indeed really good, but that drive thru is something else.

Great fresh food, great service. The whole condor of fast food Chinese is brilliant. The only negative might be that they can run low on food. It just means that they are busy. The good news is that the food you get is that much more fresh when you get it. Would always recommend

Two words: orange chicken. Service was speedy around early lunch time. Price is right, food was hot and delicious. Enough said!

Maybe it’s all the MSG that makes the food so darn tasty :) Embarrassed to admit that I like Panda Express better than real Chinese food :)

I love that this place has fresh vegetables and you can see them make the food. The sauces all taste like they come from a jar, but they are really good. I enjoy the firecracker chicken and the chicken with green beans. The fried rice looks like it would be good, but it is bland and a little dry. The skinny little noodles are pretty good and I get those instead of rice. The steamed vegetables are a nice option if you’re feeling guilty about having the crown jewel, orange chicken, The orange chicken is sweet and fried, and it is one of those dishes that almost everyone gets when they come here to eat.

It’s Panda Express. They are in the malls. Low expectations? Me too. Went for an early lunch around 11am and they were out of a lot of their entrees. I know they open at 10am but it made me feel like the little bit of sweet and sour chicken that was in the warmer must have been left from the day before. Why would there only be 4 little pieces an hour after opening? Other than that the food that we did have was good. Firecracker chicken is a little spicy. Steamed white rice was clumpy. Orange chicken was good. Mandarin chicken was ok. Restaurant area is nice. It’s the same building that Boston Market was in so it’s not a dump. It will be a nice lunch option but nothing to get excited about.
