I order here every now and then but I know better now than to order when I’m starving or in a rush for food. Delivery does usually take 45 – 60 minutes. Their bistec en salsa and Chicharron de pollo is pretty good! They don’t speak English so best to get someone to order on the phone for you who speaks Spanish. I’ve tried to order online but I always get a call back«we don’t have that» or when I enter yellow rice in the instructions box I ALWAYS would end up getting white rice. So I’ve learned to just call, order the usual, and pay them in cash for a less headache and it’s been an easy ordering process since.

Although our order of fried bass with white rice/red beans was average, I was furious when the waitress tried to charge us $ 23 as a ‘pre-tip amount’ on our bill! She kept on insisting that the total bill was only $ 23 but the receipt clearly stated $ 46 as the final amount. Fortunately, we spoke to restaurant owner and refunded us the extra amount charged. I ordered chicken & tostones. It taste good, but the chicken was a little too yellow in the inside 2nd time ordering. Delivery was quick & fast less than 20 minutes. I guess it’s ok if you’re looking for a quick grab of something… I think next time I’ll ask how long the Chicken has been sitting out for.

This is by far the WORST service EVER!!! I order from them via GrubHub and they immediately called me and said they don’t deliver to my address(when the GrubHub clearly said they did!). A few months later, I saw that the restaurant appeared again via GrubHub, so I called them to make sure they deliver in my area and they said«Yes», so I placed my order. Then 1 hour later they called me and said that the driver doesn’t know how to get my house, so I gave them directions and my home address again and they said«Okay». Then 30 minutes later, I called back again to check the status of my order and they lady told me that the driver is new and that he doesn’t want to drive out because he doesn’t know how to get to my house!!! So I said«What am I suppose to do? «and she responded with«I don’t know». This is by far the worst customer service !!! I asked the lady to please cancel my order and she said«Do it yourself online» … I MEANWTF??? These are by far the rudest and most incompetent people I have ever encountered! They should go out of business! DONOTORDERFROMTHEM!!! YOUWILLREGRETIT!!!

Ordered from this place on Seamless, will never order again. They forgot to give me extras of what I ordered and charged me for it and also they were out of the chicken stew and they sent me baked chicken instead. Never even called me to let me know if I wanted to substitute. I called them after receiving my wrong order. Worst part was they don’t speak English and said they are closing! Worst service ever, I will not be ordering from here and I will let everyone know.

I ordered three empanadas, two of them came empty, no filling at all. I think they might have been air empanadas. One of them was correct. I also ordered the Bistec Salteado Combo for $ 18.95 and it was supposed to be enough to serve two. I could probably have gotten the same for $ 10 at a chinese place, the whole order was unfortunately way below expectations, and very pricey for what it was. I ordered a «tres leches» desert and got a flan instead… I wish the experience had been better, but this was a total fiasco.

I ordered a Milanesa chicken, and got anything but chicken milanesa. Delivery took to long, rice had to much oil and flavorless.

Sent me sour smelling rice — three GIANT things of it. It was old. Then there’s the mold pictures someone else posted. Never again The sancocho comes with rice and the chicken was a choice of rice salad, etc. The rice wasn’t mushy which is nice — believe me I’ve been on both sides of that fence before. We ate off of this all day Saturday and lunch on Sunday. Delivery wasn’t super fast but not terrible. I like that they only offer certain items each day — this means it is fresh! We are pre-wedding dieting but when we get closer he and I plan to try the pernil and everything else that will clog your arteries and make you fat!

Horrible steak sandwiches the steak was hard, rubbery, and nasty filled with fat skin rather than meat, the person who took my order had poor customer service, nasty attitude. Waste of my money and food
