Food is disgusting and over priced, and I have to mention that my chicken burrito had raw meat in it. Thanks for delivering uncooked food! Do better. Please… not that I’ll ever order from El Burrito Loco again.

The food is pretty good. The prices are reasonable. Delivery time was not bad at all(ordered at 6:50 food arrived at 7:30). It’s convenient that they deliver to my job, and the portions are great. I order the bistec encebollada with rice and beans. Very generous on the meat and they even include fresh lime and half an avocado. I can stretch one meal from here for two days. Now the cons: I wasn’t expecting cheese on tacos. Very unpleasant surprise and pretty gross. Made me feel like I was eating Taco Bell. Delivery fee. That’s pretty scummy. No other place around here charges extra for delivery. And they charge around $ 4 too. I never even noticed it until today. So in short: decent food, decent price, but pick up or pay $ 4 extra.

These people are a rip off. I went with my aunt to eat. We both had an order of tacos and two snapples. They charged me $ 32.00 !! How??? never going there AGAIN!

Came here twice to pick up food for myself and my girlfriend. We ordered the steak burrito and the al pastor tacos. The burrito is pretty large, larger than the average Chipotle burrito and much tastier. My girlfriend ordered the tacos which were 5 per order for $ 8 which is a great deal. The food looked and tasted great, however we had to wait ~20 minutes for the food to be ready. The food was clearly prepared fresh so it was definitely worth the wait.

Ordered through Grub Hub. When the food finally arrived it was missing the $ 5 over priced guacamole and the order was 100% wrong. Not even close to what was ordered. Called to let them know and they offered a credit. Said no we need the food and they asked if we didn’t get any food. We said we got food but can’t eat it because it is not what we ordered and were told they were very busy. Too freaking bad. We paid for food that didn’t arrive and what did arrive was completely wrong. If we paid shouldn’t we be a priority? This place is awful and we will never order from here again. Ridiculous. UPDATE: they came back with another burrito that was exactly the same as the wrong one they sent previously and still no overpriced guacamole. This is utter bull. Everyone thinking of ordering food from here should stay far far away. If I could give –5 stars I would. UPDATE2: we contacted Grub Hub about the issue. They contacted the restaurant who said they would not give us a refund because they sent us 2 burritos for the price of one! Are you kidding me??? We explained that we hadn’t eaten anything and would be more than happy to give it all back. First they said they would send their driver(on a bicycle… he didn’t come in a car) back to get the food and give is our money back. Then they called us and said the weather outside was not good so they wouldn’t be sending the driver to get the food and that they would mail is a check for the $ 32 dollars we spent. Have any of you reading this seen the check for $ 32 yet? We sure haven’t. This place should be eradicated from the map and definitely taken off of grub hub. Nothing but awful reviews and they are huge jerks to their customers.

So my guys ordered the fajitas and some sort of chicken mole thing, and they love it, but I ordered the chile relleno and wow… hugely disappointing. It’s swimming in juice, like not grease or anything just… it’s sopping wet with condensation(or something). The cheese(I’m used to my rellenos having both meat and cheese, but whatever) is basically a solid block of rubber. It’s more or less inedible. Tremendously disappointing, especially considering how ridiculously expensive it was(more than ten bucks for two rellenos? come on, people). Also, if you’re going to charge a delivery fee, especially a ridiculously high delivery fee, maybe you should hire delivery guys that are more interested in paying attention to the delivery than in paying attention to talking to their girlfriend on their cell phone.

Delivery took painfully long — 1hr and 50 mins! We called after 1 hr of waiting and the person who answered said«I’m sorry» and hung up on us. The food arrived 50 mins thereafter. We ordered a steak burrito and an al pastor burrito. Both were very salty and otherwise flavorless. We also ordered mole, which was almost inedibly too bitter. We felt unsatisfied, sluggish, and sloth-like after our meal. Their hot sauce was very spicy, as a hot sauce should be, but I’m not giving any extra stars for a condiment. Overall, the experience was a waste of our time, money, and taste buds.
