Went in to get my vision checked on 08÷24÷15. Process was fairly quickly, I picked out my glasses, payed $ 400 and continued my day. Louisa told me the glasses would be ready on Thursday, I called in on Thursday and they were not ready. I went in on Friday and I was told that they were not ready and should have them ready on Saturday. Today is Sunday, I figured I would not get a courtesy call with an update so I went in the store. The lady behind the counter told be that they will try to have them ready by Monday and if they were not I should speak with the manager. I told her if it wasn’t ready by Monday then I will seek reimbursement and that I would no longer need them. She said that’s normally what people do. It seems that this is an ongoing issue with this store. Where is the manager? I would not come back to purchase glasses. 08÷31÷15. Luisa turned a bad situation into one that I can appreciate. They were having issues with the technician and was able to offer me something different. She offered me a different pair of glasses until I get the ones I ordered. Thank you Luisa.

I gave one star only because zero stars was not an option. Don’t get your glasses here. Unless you like to pay twice the money and have time to wait months for your glasses. Order them online get them quicker and cheaper. They double charged me for my contacts and refused to give me a refund even though they had yet to place the order. After arguing with the manager she agreed to bring the price dobe but even then, did not adjust for the reimbursement I would have gotten from my insurance. Then they took SEVEN weeks to get my glasses in. She promised two weeks. I called every couple of weeks and finally came in to demand my glasses. Suddenly they magically appeared and they claimed it was waiting over two weeks for me to come in. They claimed they called 3 times a day and left voicemail. Showed her my call history showed nothing, turns out she wrote my phone number wrong. Even though every receipt I had shows my correct number and even my insurance forms get had show the right number. And to top it off she was refusing to give me my prescription. Had to force her. Oh and the glass was scratched!!! I had to return yet again for then to fix it. I doubt they are putting in the glass I paid extra for. The dr. Is shady too. He admitted he is afraid to move because the states would make him retake the tests that he knows he will fail!!! The sales girls are friendly though. Thy deserve to work for a better business.

It is a very nice place for you to get your prescription glasses or contact lenses, they accept most of the insurances and the best of all, they always help you with your needs.
