I must say I am very happy I popped in. The service was fast & friendly. The place is really clean & they play amazing music. Nothing negative to say.

Friendliest Starbucks I’ve encountered in Jersey!!! From start to finish it was a great experience!

My latte’s always perfect whether it’s 5:30am or 5:30pm. Love this place! It does get packed on weekends, but what Starbucks doesn’t

I have studied here for the past couple times. It is a great Starbucks with a very diverse set of people who come to this location. Coffee is good and the staff are friendly. This is a great place to drink coffee and get work done. Please note that on a Sunday morning it will be somewhat difficult to find a spot to sit. The views expressed are of my own and are my true personal experience at this establishment. My personal experience may not reflect this actual establishment, their quality or someone else’s experience at the establishment.

This location is okay and not really any place to brag about… I usually go here after a stressful day at work.
Sorry but don’t get your hopes up high… There appears to be a line (2) people but they are slow as hec and that’s why there tends to be an overflow of people at this Starbucks.
Oh and by the way, the bathroom was filthy and you know a bathroom says a lot about your establishment.
I’m not feeling this Starbucks.

The girl with the colorful hair is very rude and unpleasant. I used to work at Starbucks in Fort Lee and know their procedures for things but she always gives me a hard time about what I want. I had to ask her 3 times to give a warmed bagel because she didn’t wanna sell it to me. Maybe she was hoping to get it when her shift ended but it was really obnoxious. Everybody else is really nice and competent but I’m giving three stars because I’m unlucky enough to get her every time I go here.

We came here and there was a huge line. Things took a while. We got our drinks. Nice.

We came here and the line was huge. Things took a while. They forgot about our drinks. Twice.

The words that are coming out of my mouth do not appear as the correct abbreviations on the cup. Sometimes I feel the need to supervise. Good thing the usual barista (who has only two arms but works like she has 6, maybe even 8) is very nice and is A+ about fixing things.

There is a line, no matter what time of day. It moves slowly.
A lot of times…
One person is working, and there are a few others kinda just walking around, warming up random sandwiches, thinking about the solar system, and/​or talking to their hats.
Structurally…
There is indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a bar area. A little further down, there is a nice place to sit and look at NYC.
This very literal one and only time when my dad was visiting and went to get coffee for me…
There was NO LINE and he was in and out in 2 minutes with 3 drinks. UM.
In the end…
The «hit or miss» nature of this particular location needs to be extrapolated into a more accurate hit miss miss miss miss hit miss miss miss miss miss hit. There IS parking, which makes it easier than going to 14^th Street in Hoboken… but sometimes I want to drive right by and go to the one down the street by Target.
Sometimes I do, sometimes I don’t, sometimes I wish I did. Hit it, miss it, get coffee anyhow.

Come to this location often with friends in the summer. Love the fact that they have some outdoor seating and are so close to the water front!
Tried the s’mores frap and it was delish! Not a coffee fan but come often with friends to hang out and chat. Will be returning for this frap and the fabulous cookie straw! Service was quick and painless!

If i could give this Starbucks 0 stars, I would. I visit Starbucks every day, sometimes twice a day in Jersey City and they are amazing. I stopped by this location in Port Imperial since it was on the way home. I asked the cashier for the same drink I order almost every day. I politely asked for an iced Cinnamon Dolce latte «Half sweet». The cashier rudely told me that I could not get it half sweet since it is not «flavored». I simply said. «I’m sorry. not flavor… Half sweet please» I simply thought she misunderstood. She rudely repeated «It is not flavored» and spoke even slower. I told her that I normally get it and they put two pumps of syrup instead of the usual 4 pumps. So she muttered under her breath as she walked away. She rang me up, I went to scan the app on my phone. instead of her asking me to move my phone a little further from the scanner, she literally grabbed my phone and pushed it back. I sarcastically said «thank you» since she clearly had an attitude and no manners at all. At this time my friend also wanted one and I wanted to pay for her, so when we asked for a second one, this apparently upset her. She rolled her eyes and still had a nasty attitude with us. I simply let it go as I just wanted my drink. But when the drinks were done, they apparently were made with half the amount of espresso. I have ordered this same exact latte at many Starbucks locations and never had an issue. This was not the same latte at all and tasted like milk. I just wanted to leave at this point. Horrible service, horrible attitude, horrible product. I will never come to this location again. Very sad as I am a huge Starbucks customer. Hopefully no one else was at this location, on Memorial day, at approximately 5:30PM.

The only reason I continue going to this location is because is very close from where I live, and I really need my daily coffee. 90% of the time I go in there, there is a line. It‘s ok to have a line, but the line is suppose to move quick. They are not only understaffed but the baristas take their time when making drinks, so slow.2 days ago, it took me exactly 18 minutes to get one single latte. Starbucks to me is suppose to be «grab and go», quick service, and this one certainly need some improvement in terms of speed of service.

This is a Starbucks in a great location. In the summer there is outdoor patio seating and plenty of parking. You can also shop until you drop in the area.

Continuing my essay for grad school at all the Starbucks in NJ, lol. Easy to find parking. Great strong coffee as usual. Easily accessible outlets next to tables. Small round tables available as well as one long table, and couches. Walking distance to a great NYC view as well.
Clean tables and area for coffee. However, im giving it 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 due to the uncleanliness condition of the bathroom! No toilet paper. Piss all over the seat. Why why why? Starbucks, please hire more staff to take care of the bathrooms, PLEASE. And thank you.

Great location. Out of all the times ive been there I have only had an issue once with the wrong drink made but didnt say anything because I was in a rush to get to work. Really liked that when I worked, even though only a couple times a week, a couple of the baristas remembered my order which was great and made my morning go a lot faster.

I’ve only been here once, so maybe I’m being unfair. But this place was very very disorganized.
I guess the patrons are to some degree at fault. People digging through pocketbooks at the last minute trying to find change? Come on – just use a credit or debit card. Or get your money ready ahead of time!
But the counter people and baristas just aren’t on their game. Calling wrong orders, forgetting drinks, missing my water and then rolling eyes when I ask for it again.
Chances are that if you’re going here it’s because you have to. But if you have other options – take them.

You’ve been to one Starbucks, you’ve pretty much been to them all. Now this one in particular, is on a pretty calm, and low key affluent neighborhood. However, I was surprised to see a Barista on his 15 minute break swapping spit, and locking tongues IN THE MIDDLE OF STARBUCKS with his Gf as if it were a spanish soap opera/​novela right where everyone waits for their coffee! I thought it was very inappropriate, and I love locking lips with a girl as much as the next guy, not a fan of the PDA. Funny how the same barista was hitting on another female client minutes after his GF left. Not hatin’, just that I find he is more focused on getting laid than serving coffee during his shift.

Great location with outdoor seating when the weather’s good & plenty of place inside as well. I generally stop here omw to Trader’s Joe for a quick of coffee.
Service can be a little erratic, as with all Starbucks.

This is so far one of the worst Starbucks I have been to… They never have any of the breakfast sandwich… The place is always DIRTY and MESSY!!! on top of all that customer service is really bad… I think 2 stars might be too much fir this location…

So this location is the closest to my home. I’ve been here plenty of times … But I just left there now and I decided to review this location. I came in @ 9pm on a Wednesday night. They close at 10 and there was no sweets at all. (Cakes, cake pops, etc) the sweets shelf was completely cleaned out. I asked the cashier what happened to the sweets and she said they closed it down because they are closing shortly… Um, it’s 9… U guys close at 10. Then I ask for a gingerbread latte and they have none of it… Wtf?! Left there pretty upset

This is the nearest Starbucks of my apartment. Just ten mins walk. Went there several times after dinner. It’s near the Hudson river. Can’t love green tea latte more!
It’s a great location for residents at Port Imperial. There always been some people reading and studying there. Nice staff!
